The next morning Killian decided to go to Hailey’s parents’ house to see his wife body. He is now joined by Vaugh, Premiere and Jade.

The four of them laughed in silence as they made their way to Hailey’s house.

They also traveled for an hour before arriving at Dominique’s house and when they got there they noticed the silence in the house.

At once they went downstairs and went home. The Dominiques’ maid also opened them.

“Are Aunt Mina and Uncle Drake here?” Jade asked.

“They’re inside, just come in Ma’am, Sir.” the maid replied.

They continued to enter and they found the couple, they turned their gaze to the four.

“What are you doing here?” Hailey’s father asked Killian angrily.

“I don’t want any trouble Pa, I just want to see my wife.” Killian said calmly.

“Because the doctor said that you took Hailey.” Vaugh was second.

“After what happened to my daughter do you still want to show up here? Hailey is no longer here.” the girl’s father insisted.

“What do you mean Uncle?” Jade asked.

“Where’s Hailey?” Premiere seconded.

“I’ll repeat Hailey isn’t here and you won’t see her anymore. So go away, especially you Killian because every time I see you I get angry. You’re the reason why my daughter and grandchild died. So go away! ” Hailey’s father sighed and climbed upstair.

“Auntie, we just want to see our friend. Please give us one last chance,” Jade pleaded to Hailey’s mother

“Ma, I’m begging you to let me see my wife at least.” Killian’s pleading.

“Sorry kids, I can’t do anything.” Hailey’s mother was sad and took a heavy step to turn away.

The four of them shrugged as they walked out of the Dominiques’ house, knowing that no matter how hard they tried, they would never see Hailey.

While they were in the car they could not help but think of what had happened.

“Where do you think Hailey’s body is?” Premiere asked.

“We both don’t know babe, it’s impossible if they already buried it.” seconded by Jade.

“We can follow them when they leave, just in case we know where they were taken.” Premiere said.

“It will make Hailey’s parents even angrier. Her father’s head is already hot with Killian don’t add it.”  Vaugh stop them.

“They can’t decide to lay Hailey even with her corpse. Killian still has the right to see my friend because he is Hailey’s husband.” annoyed Jade’s promise.

“I don’t know where Tito’s anger is coming from, even turning the world upside down Killian is not to blame for what happened and even more so he didn’t want to collide with Hailey.” She added.

They looked at Killian but it was quiet, they noticed that he hadn’t said a word since they left the Dominiques’ house. They understand the young man because they know it’s not easy to lose Hailey in his life. And they want to support Killian who is now mourning.

Hailey’s father, on the other hand, was quietly arranging their belongings.

“Hon, this is not the right to do. It’s unfair to Killian he still has the right because he’s our daughter’s husband.” Mina promises Hailey’s mother.

“I’m doing this for our daughter hon,” replied the gentleman

“But Killian has a right to know that Hailey is alive and not dead.” insisted the lady.

“It”s only temporary hon. We’ll take Hailey back to Killian. I just need to make sure that our daughter won’t be harmed again.” the gentleman replied.

“I just think it will be harder for our daughter, she is pregnant and has amnesia and then we will take her away from her husband.” Mina said.

“I understand your point hon, but let me do it for now. I want the best for our daughter and grandchild. The time will also come they will meet and be with Killian again.” He said

“Are all your things all right? We need to leave.” Drake added.

The lady nodded and called their maid to help them unload their belongings.

On the other hand, the friends arrived at Killian’s house, as soon as they entered, Killian immediately went straight to their room.

They just let him first, because they know that Killian is in grief.

The three of them sat on the sofa.

“Killian is a mess,” Jade said.

“We know that Killian is going through a lot right now, it hurts us to lose Hailey and it pained him triple.” Vaugh said

“Let’s just show him we’re only here when he needs someone to talk to.” Premiere replied as soon as Jade stood up.

“You two stay here, I’ll just cook food so thar we can eat.” Jade said.

The two nodded in response.

“Are you sure Killian doesn’t need to us to talk now?” Premiere asked.

“Let him be alone first, I’m sure he’ll come to us when he wants to talk.” Vaugh replied.

The two friends just leaned on the sofa while they waited for Jade to finish her cooking.

While Jade is in the kitchen and looking in the refrigerator of what she could cook for the four of them.

Later, she saw what she could cook, she chose to make porridge, pickled and sweet and sour and then she would accompany it with dessert and cold strawberry juice so that they could eat more.
