Painful seduction

Rhea lay still thinking about what Dementrio had said about Cathy wanting to see her twin sister. To what she could remember, Cindy had dressed up as Alexia Bachman and had also worn the mask.

So why was she needed? Or had Cathy suspected something?

Those were the questions that ran through her mind, she was more concerned about Cindy than worried over why she fainted.

” Have you tried to call her to know what she wants?” Rhea asked.

” No Rhea…I don’t know what to tell her if she asks about Cindy.” He too was worried, concerned that he might lose his friendship to Cathy.

Rhea saw the worried look on his face and motioned him to come close, she squeezed his cheeks and then assured him everything will be fine. They kissed thereafter, but only for a few seconds because Rhea felt she had some bitter medicine taste in her mouth-something she didn’t want Dementrio to taste .

Dementrio understood and asked immediately,

“Does it matter?”

She smiled and embraced him. As they hugged she saw Damien and Cindy walk into the room. Seeing the man who had tied her up and tortured her made her grow wild in anger. She freed herself forcefully from Demetrio and walked violently towards Damein.

” What are you doing here? You devil?” She asked on reaching him, she looked around for a weapon to hit him with but found nothing but she walked round the room still looking for it.

Cindy had to stop her,”Calm down Rhea.”

” Stop telling me to calm down and tell me why the f*ck the fool is here .” She said and stopped searching.

” Rhea watch your words.”

“Don’t tell me what to do Cindy. Tell him what he is doing here.”

Dementrio held her shoulders whispering for her to keep her voice down but she flinged his hands off her shoulders.

” Look at you Rhea…you are bleeding.” Dementrio said.

She looked at it but didn’t care, it had happened immediately she removed the drips and wires connected to her hands.

She rushed to where Damien was again and grabbed him by his collar but Cindy stopped her.

” Allow me to teach him a lesson Cindy. He tried to kill me.” Rhea protested as the two women struggled over Damien.

One was fighting and the other was defending, as for Dementrio, He could watch. Hoping that Rhea will be able to control her emotions and not yet hurt.

Rhea had every right of getting angry, he figured.

Rhea was acting violently and Cindy couldn’t take it, she pleaded with her but got no positive response. Instead Rhea was doing her best to strangle Damien, leaving him to a point where he was defenseless.

Cindy watched as Damien became white and pale. He looked flushed, she couldn’t take it anymore. She grabbed Rhea by her wrist, turned her to face her and slapped her on the face.

Rhea’s cheeks turned red as a result of the slap, everyone was shocked even Cindy couldn’t believe what had just happened.

She took Rhea’s palm into hers to apologize but Rhea flung her hand away. She took steps backwards and left the room.

Dementrio raced after her .

” You’re happy now? You have spoiled my relationship with my only sister.” She wailed.

“It’s her fault. She tried to strangle me.”

” You fucking tried to kill her when you kidnapped her. What did you expect?” She asked in anger.

Cathy said nothing as she rushed out to find Rhea.

” Where’s she?”

“She fainted so she’s going to be taken to another room.”

” Where is she? I really want to see her.”

But Dementrio stopped her,

“Don’t see her now. She’s really upset with you and she fainted because of what you did. Please just let her be.” He advised.

Cindy knew he was right, and the fact that she couldn’t see Rhea made her feel more upset.

” I’m so mad at myself right now. I wonder if she will be able to forgive me.”

” She will. You’re her only family, she just need some time.”

” I lost my only sister Cathy and now I don’t want to lose Cindy.”

” You won’t, ” He assured her and hugged her while Cindy held him tighter and sobbed on his shoulders.

” You see what I told you about her? She’s trying to take Demetrio.”

” This can’t be true, it’s not possible.”

” I’m not just cooking up stories Rhea. You can see the reality with your eyes. It’s happening just in front of you ”

She tried to stop the tears that were coming but she couldn’t, they flowed and dropped on cheeks.

After she had left the room, she felt so weak and fainted again. She woke up and was looking for Demetrio when she found Damien, she wanted to shout at him but he motioned her to follow him and he showed her where Cindy was hugging Demetrio passionately.

“Demetrio can’t do this to me.” She kept muttering to herself.

” Of course. I thought the same but considering how pretty and sexy Cindy is. Anything can happen.”

Dementrio sww get and came to get but she walked away from him.

” What did you tell her ”

” Nothing, she saw what you didn’t want her to see .”

“You fool!”

“Save your energy. You will need it to explain things to your girlfriend.” He advised with a sneer.

Dementrio freed him as he rushed to meet Rhea. He looked for her and later found her in a ward crying all by herself.

“Rhea…what’s the matter?”

She said nothing but hugged him really tight, that sight she had seen earlier on filled her mind and she knew it would be a set up.

Damien was only playing with her emotions.

“I’m sorry. Damien said a lot of things and I just couldn’t stand it.”

” Shhh .. it’s Fine. I totally understand you.”

He hugged her as she continued to sob in his arms, she knew something was wrong.

” Have you told her about her sister’s call?”

” Not yet.”

” I think Damien is blackmailing Cindy into doing whatever she’s doing.”

” I thought of that, but Cindy isn’t hiding anything that can be used. Is she?”
