Carl Demon’s Point of View

While I was here in the office, someone suddenly kicked in the door.

The door slammed to the floor and Raze stared at me sharply.

“What’s your problem?”

“You. You are my problem!” He shouted and pointed at me.

“What did I do to you and make you mad at me?”

“It’s all your fault. If you hadn’t come into Hailey’s life I would have been the one she loves now and not you.” He blamed me.

“I thought that you already accepted that I was Hailey’s lover and not you.”

“When did I say I accepted everything?”

“Hailey is mine and she won’t be yours.” He added.

“I’ll die first before you get her from me.” I said emphatically.

“You steal her from me and I should just take her back from you.”

He made five monsters out of lava.

“Kill that bastard.” He commands five monsters.

I was attacked by monsters and I just kept avoiding. I felt blood droplets flow from my cheek.

I touched my cheek and there was a small cut on it.

I looked at Raze’s finger and there was a lava thread like my power attached to it. That’s what he used to have a small cut on my cheek.

There was already a blue flame in my right hand.

I threw it at the monster he made. I can’t help but to watch.

In just one hit the monster he created turned to ice.

“Ice fire.” Raze exclaimed.

“You know the ice fire that I made?”

“Who doesn’t know what it’s called?”

I let out a blue flame again in the right of my hand and I made it a sword.

I went to the head of the monster I had made ice and I split it in half using the sword.

I hit four monsters with blue flames and they all turned to ice.

I split their bodies and they all turned to ashes.

When I looked in the direction where Raze was. He was no longer there.

The ambient temperature also disappeared and the atmosphere returned to normal.

“Hailey, what are you doing here?”

“Why are you fighting? Did you know that even when I was outside the office I heard you fighting?”

“We’re not fighting.” I said.

Someone slapped me lightly on the forehead so I came back to reality.

“Hailey, why did you do that?”

“It’s as if your brain is somewhere else. I’m calling you but you don’t answer so I slapped your forehead.”

“Why does it hurt?” She asked.

“If only I could slap you on the forehead. Won’t you get hurt?”

“You told me to kiss you on the cheek so I did that.”

“I’m not saying anything like that. I just gave you choices so you can choose.”

“I didn’t know you’d rather be the first to kiss me.” I added in a teasing tone.

She slapped me on the chest and she ran out of this office.
