And she did say it right, I was the one who asked her to leave back then.” he added and then looked at Abigail. “I can’t believe it, Aunt Abby. How could you hate that innocent pup for no reason? “They both lied to every one of us, Nathan,” Reva said, feeling disgusted with her parent’s deed. “And by seeing Alpha Calvin’s anger and hatred, I don’t think he will allow Ethlyn anywhere near Rose.” She added.
“Moon Goddess!! I just hope my mate won’t reject me because of all this drama.” She talked to herself and left from there to check on Zordan.

“Lemi…” Roselet tried to convince him to take her back to her mommy’s house, but Lemieux glared at her.
“It’s a big NO, princess.”
“You are calling me princess and not listening to your princess’s request.” Roselet pouted, melting his heart, but he continued to maintain a fake glare.
“Because my boss, AKA your daddy, is the king of the kingdom. I don’t want to get kicked off my job.” He responded sternly, crossing his hands around his chest.
“Wait and watch. I will complain about you to Uncle Colton.” Roselet said, pointing her finger toward him. Hearing Colton Haysbert’s name, Lemieux’s blood ran cold for a few seconds. That human was a killer in a suit. Not everyone got a chance to see him, but he wasn’t that lucky because he was Roselet’s bodyguard, and Colton liked spending time with pups, and even with a serious expression, all his nieces and nephew loved him.
“Sure, go ahead. I will also tell him that what you did tonight.” Hearing it, Roselet quickly shut her mouth. “I won’t ask the reason why you did do that because you have to answer your daddy that question.”From NôvelDrama.Org.
“Lemi..” She was about to tell him the reason when she saw him mind-linking, so she stopped and waited for a while.
“Change your dress and wear your tie-dye sweatshirt set that you have brought,” Lemieux said and started leaving the room so that she could change her clothes.
“Who was on the other side, Lemi? And why do I have to wear tie dye sweatshirt set? That’s not what I wear at night.” Roselet asked, standing on the bed.
“It was Beta Zordan, and Alpha said that we are leaving tonight,” Lemieux replied and left the room. Roselet wanted to throw a tantrum and didn’t want to leave this pack, but she didn’t want to upset Calvin by doing this. So, she left the bag and took out her clothes to change from the luggage.
After a while, she heard a knock at the door!!
“Rose, Did you change your clothes?” Roselet heard Calvin’s voice.
“Yes, daddy.” Calvin walked in and saw Roselet, who was standing near the bed, looking at the floor as if there was some mystery on the floor. In reality, she was guilty of what she did. She was feeling that because of her, Ethlyn was slapped by her daddy in anger.
She was waiting for Calvin to scold her, and just the mere thought of him scolding her brought tears to her eyes. She quickly wiped it. Calvin wanted to scold her, too, but again no words came out of his mouth. He reached near her and sat on the bed, pulling her in his lap to hug her.
“Ssshhh… stop crying!!” He said, caressing her hair.
“I’m sorry, daddy.”
“Hmm.” Calvin kissed her hair. “Why did you do that, Rose? What were you thinking?” He asked. Even though he knew the answer to this question already but he still wanted to hear the truth from her mouth.
“You will get mad after hearing my answer.”
“Trust me, love. I’m already fuming in anger. If you would have been a little older, like Artin’s age (Her cousin, who is ten years old), then you would have received a slap from me for sure.” Calvin growled in a low tone. Rose looked up into his eyes and quickly looked down, playing with her fingers in her lap.
“I didn’t want mommy to accept Alpha Nathan as her mate, but I wanted you two to marry each other.” She whispered in a low tone on which Calvin growled at her again but this time a little louder. She quickly hid her face in his chest, hugging him tightly.
“Didn’t I tell you that you can only have daddy in your life?” Calvin asked and pulled her away from him, holding her shoulders so that she could look straight into his eyes while answering. And also, this cute gesture of Roselet was stopping him from speaking strictly with her. He was not able to focus on his anger. Instead, he wanted to hug her more tightly.
Roselet nodded her head.
“I want an answer in words, Roselet Sophia Haysbert.”
“Yes, daddy.”
“Then why did you still hide the rings?” He asked.
Roselet stayed quiet for a minute before answering him, “Because I want both my real mommy and daddy.”
“Why? Am I not enough for you?” Calvin questioned. “And didn’t we discuss earlier not to start dreaming of seeing your mommy and together because that won’t happen?”
“But at that moment, you also told me that Mommy is marked by someone else, but there is no mark on the shoulder. It means that you both are single.” Roselet responded, shutting his mouth.
“Am I not enough for you, Rose?” Calvin asked again.
