The Rebirth of the Betrayed Alpha

Hearing that familiar voice, Alexandra rolls her eyes, without turning, she already knew who stood by the doorstep probably listening all along but she didn't care. It wasn't her rumors neither was she the one who started it, if only Olivia didn't let herself get caught in such an awkward situation with Adams then maybe she will still be keeping her little secret, and Pandora's box wouldn't have blown up in her face but now her secrets are out and sooner than later everyone in the pack would be talking about it.

"Dad" Olivia whispers

Alexandra scoffs, feeling the urge to throw up. They were so dramatic and that annoyed her to the core.

"My baby, what's wrong with you? I could hear you screaming in the living room. I will was scared you were having nightmares about those damn rogues"

"I wasn't, those rogues are gone and I certainly hope I don't get to see them ever again"

"I hope they burn to ashes" Bernard states as he walks in, sitting on the bed, he engulfs Olivia tightly. "By the way, why were you screaming?"

"Is nothing father"

"Tell me, my angel, you know there is nothing Daddy cannot take care of. Is there anything you need"

"I have everything I need Father"

"Why were you screaming when you should be resting? The doctor said you need

to fully recover, he didn't say anything about screaming"

Alexandra leans against the chair, gawking at them, almost irritated.

"Is nothing Dad, mom said you went to a meeting, how did it go?"

"It went well. So tell me did anyone provoke you? Is that why you are shouting? Is unlike you to shout my dear Olivia"

"Is nothing Dad I can handle it"

"I already know how strong you are but you should tell me, I am your father, or am I not your father?

"Of course, you're my father"

"So tell me"

Olivia smirks, glancing at Alexandra. "I tried to keep it in but I couldn't, I thought she had come in here to take care of me but she only came to mock me since I was attacked by rogues"

"Alexandra!" Bernard snaps, feeling a rush of anger. "Did you cause further harm to your sister after those rogues had"

Gazing intently into his eyes, Alexandra doesn't say a word.

"That's not all Father"

Bernard's eyes widened. "They're more?"

"She made me feel much worse by telling me of the rumors in the pack"

"What rumor?"

"Why don't you tell him, Alexandra?" Olivia smirks.

Seeing right through her, Alexandra could tell the game she was playing at. "You started the story why don't you wrap it up"

"Tell me, Olivia"

Olivia begins to weep. "She said there's a rumor that I've been unethically meeting Adams"

Startled, Bernard glares at Alexandra. "How could you do this to Olivia? Is that the reason you are home alone with her? You are the older one, you should protect and take care of her not humiliate her and more importantly not join in spreading harmful gossip.

"You are shameless to even think of ruining her name, how dare you try to taint her name? Olivia is a strong Beta who hasn't done what you are accusing her of. Her only sin is that she is the victim in all of this, those rogues attacked her, Alexandra"

"So?" Alexandra whispers but Bernard didn't hear that

"Apologize to her"

Alexandra's eyes widened, that was a slap to her face.

"What did you just say?"

"Apologize to Olivia"

Alexandra runs her hand through her hair, this was the height of his insult, Olivia had done worse to her in Bernard's presence and yet she never apologizes nor does he let her to but whenever it came to Olivia, he wanted Alexandra to worship at her feet.

"Have you lost it?"

"What?" Bernard clenches his jaw "How dare you to say that to me" he yells

"How dare you tell me to apologize to her? For what? Was I the rogue who attacked her? No. Did I start the rumors? Certainly not, so how did I cause her harm"

"You provoked her by bringing it up when she was resting"

"How did you know I provoked her when you were not even there"

"I don't need to be here, Olivia told me everything that happened"

"And you believed?"

"Am I supposed to doubt my daughter? Besides I heard her screaming aren't you shameless, instead of apologizing, pleading for her forgiveness, you are acting high and mighty"

"High and mighty?" Alexandra blinks her eyes, disappointed, although she was unfazed by his words and attitude, Alexandra couldn't help feeling angry and disappointed in him. He called Olivia his daughter, and what was she? "A stranger"

"Aren't you a little too much now Father"

"Shut your mouth Alexandra and apologize to Olivia"

Olivia smiles triumphantly, wiping her tears, certain Alexandra got what she deserves.noveldrama

"Father, an apology isn't just cut out, I want Alexandra to kneel and apologize that would atone for the dishonoring of my name and your precious name"

Alexandra widened her eyes unbelievably.

"You heard her, kneel and apologize"

Feeling humiliated, tears crowd Alexandra's eyes but she wouldn't dare show any weakness, she smirks, gawking at Bernard, disappointed.

"What did you say I should do?"

"Get on your damn knees and apologize to Olivia. Apologize for dishonoring her name and my family name"

"I didn't hear you"

"Alexandra!" Bernard yells

"Say it again, I didn't hear you clearly"

"Get on your freaking knees and apologize till her heart's content"

"I didn't hear you"

Bernard glares. "Apologize on your knees, till Olivia forgives you"

"A little louder" she tilts her head

"Get on your withered knees and Apologize till I tell you to stop" Bernard barks

"Vacate your position" she states while gazing into his eyes firm and unblinking.

Shocked, Olivia and Bernard gawk at her.

"Vacate your seat" she yells.
