Rosetta was desperately waiting for her mother to say No but Rose didn’t answer. Rosetta couldn’t take it anymore, the feeling was too overwhelming. Her eyes automatically closed as everything blurred and she collapsed.

“Rosa”

Rose quickly grabbed her and shook her furiously.

“Rosa wake up”

Rose patted her cheek but got No response.

Damian came to the scene, he was dealing with Vlad’s men on the main Road. As soon as he saw his unconscious daughter, he rushed towards her.

The Masked man came forward to hold her but Damian growled at him.

“Don’t you fucking dare to touch my daughter…”

Damian lifted her up and carried her towards his car.

Damian cooed her but it didn’t help.

Rose closed her eyes defeated and Jackson squeezed her shoulder assuringly.

“She will be fine Rose…”

“I don’t know… I don’t think she can take it…”

Rose sighed and sat beside them. She caressed her head with sad eyes.

Damian clenched his jaw.

“I swear Rose, if something happens to my daughter then____”

“She is my daughter too”

Rose countered.

“I love her as much as you love her Damian…”

Damian cursed frustratingly.

“What are you waiting for, drive the fucking car…”

He growled at the driver.

“Rosa, please talk to me…”

Damian pleaded.

Rosetta woke up after staying unconscious for one day but since then she haven’t utter even a word. She was leaning against the bedpost like a dead body.

Everyone was trying to make her talk or eat but she wasn’t responding. Damian tried everything in his power but failed miserably.

“Rosa please…”

He closed his eyes frustratingly.

“Damian… Calm down… She will be fine.”

Jackson tried to assure him.

“How?”

Damian growled.

“Look at her, she is looking like a fucking dead body…”

He stood up angrily.

“I swear Jackson… If something happens to my daughter then I’ll burn the whole world down…”

“Damian”

Rose stood up too but Damian ignored her and walked out of the room.

Rose looked at her daughter in guilt and walked out.

Jackson sat in front of Rosetta and caressed her head.

“Rosa, what happened?… Talk to me. Tell me… I won’t tell anyone… It will be our little secret…”

He said.

Rosetta looked at him with glossy eyes.

“I killed him”

She sobbed.

“It’s all my fault…”

She started crying.

“I did it… I shouldn’t have marry him. Vlad killed him because of me… I couldn’t save him uncle… It’s all my fault.”

Jackson pulled her in a hug.

“It’s not your fault… You didn’t do anything. Don’t blame yourself…”

He rubbed her back gently.

“I was fighting with him… He said he won’t show me his face again. How can he leave me like this?… How can he give up so easily?… I shouldn’t have fight with him…”

She sobbed.

“Rosetta calm down… It’s okay… Please relax… Take a deep breath.”

Jackson pleaded.

“I want my skyler back… I want him. I can’t live without him… Please bring him back, please…”

She cried loudly.

Jackson sighed looking at her state. He wiped her tears.

“You are strong Rosa. Don’t do this to yourself… Yesterday you were hating him then what changed now…”

She shook her head furiously.

“No, I don’t hate him… I can’t hate him. I was angry but I never wanted to leave him… I shouldn’t have left him… I love him, I want my skyler back. Please bring him back.”

Jackson rubbed his forehead defeated. They both looked at the window when Masked man jumped inside.

Jackson patted her head and stood up. He looked at masked man and Silently walked out of the room.

Rosetta wiped her tears and looked away while bringing her knees to her chest.

He sat in front of her and looked at her swollen eyes and red face.

“What you have done to yourself?!”

He said in gentle tone.

“I don’t want to talk to you… Leave”

She mumbled still not looking at him.

“Why do you hate me so much?”

He asked.

Rosetta glared at him.

“Because you hate skyler… You always have something bad to say about him… You always try to degrade him… I hate you because you hate him…”

“Don’t you hate him After whatever he did to you?… He used you.”

He said.

“I don’t care… He apologized. He was guilty. I know he loves me. Mom Said we should forgive each other… I can’t hate him… i couldn’t… If he just wanted to use me then he would have leave me after sleeping with me but he didn’t. He was trying to get me back, he tried everything… He was in love with me just like i am with him… He said he loves me…”

She said while wiping her tears.

“Please leave me alone…”

“I am going Rosetta… I won’t come back again, you won’t see masked man again.”

He said and she looked at him confused.

“I tried to part you with skyler. I told you he is not a good man for you. You knew what kind of a guy he is still you chose him and I failed… You chose bad over good… You ignored my goodness and chose his darkness… I failed and I have no option but to leave you alone because you love Skyler not me…”

“Then leave”

She said turning her head aside.

“Don’t you want to see my face?… You were so curious about it…”

He asked.

Rosetta shook her head.

“It doesn’t matter now… The face I want to see is not in this world anymore. ”

She mumbled.

“I have already seen you in restaurant… You are Christian…”

He chuckled.

“May be you are wrong…”

He grabbed her hand and placed it on his Mask.

“Do it… Unveil my face…”

He said.

Rosetta looked at him with scrunched eyebrows. She clutched on the mask and slowly pulled it over his head.
