Painful seduction

‘ So we are going to leave her behind?’ the masked man asked .

‘ I have no choice, I just have to do it.’ he answered .

Well this happened more than 15 minutes ago because right now they are outside the coffee shop thinking on the next line of action to be carried.

‘ What do you plan on telling her?’ Rowland asked.

‘ I have no choice than to tell her the truth. Rhea’s life is already in danger. I can’t make things worse.’ he replied in a sick tone as he looked really worried and helpless. The others nodded their head silently.

After minutes of thinking, He got out of the car as he walked into the coffee shop with hands in his pockets.

He looked down, not caring if he was going to bump into someone.

She sat down as she looked at her watch for the nineteenth time,

It was more than 30 Minutes and they were still not back, she thought hard thinking of what would be keeping them as she looked frustrated.

She cured slowly thinking of ways to punish Rhea if she was doing this purpose.

Just when she wanted to grab her phone to call Rhea, the entrance doors opened.

She looked to see Demetrio, he had a frown on his face.

She looked closer to check if she could see Rhea coming along side with him but she wasn’t there.

She bent her head in disappointment as she thought of the wasted time she had spent there.

She looked up again as she tried to say something but Dementrio was way ahead . He increased his footsteps and got closer.

‘we need to leave.’ he said sternly as he grabbed her wrist .

‘ What’s going on?’ she asked watching her steps not to trip. She wanted to free herself but Dementrio’s grip was just too tight.

How did Rhea fall in love with him with a cold hearted guy like him, she thought.

Outside, he loosen his grip a little as he made for her car.

He freed her as he ordered her to open the car.

She tried to protest but his eyes sent warning signals which frightened her.

‘ Drive the car to your home.’ he ordered.

The drive was quick, her house was just two streets away

‘Now I want you to tell me what’s going on, you can’t just kidnap me.’ she screamed as soon as they got home.

He watched her not frightened by the threats she said.

‘ Rhea has been kidnapped.’ he spoke softly in a whisper, stopped, and looked at her observing if there was any sign of violent action.

She was speechless as she froze but suddenly she laughed hysterically.

Dementrio watched her thinking she was probably going crazy. He got closer as she started crying. He became really confused.

Just when he wanted to console her, she started an outburst of laughter , holding her stomach.

He stopped, not making an attempt to help her.

I should keep a safe distance, he thought.

She was probably going crazy.

‘ You’re joking when you say she was kidnapped right?’ she rushed to grab his collar. ‘ Where is Rhea!’

He watched her not making an effort to free himself from her grip.

She could throw punches at him and he won’t mind.

I deserved everything, he thought.

‘ Rhea was kidnapped.! He said more sternly.

She freed him as she sat down on her favorite cushion, thinking deeply.

‘ But you were with her? How did it happen?’

‘ Damien took her away.’

‘ Damien? You mean she was kidnapped by him?’

He nodded as she grew wild in anger, she walked away to take her phone.

Damien got alerted that she would want to talk with Damien. He quickly rushed to stop her.

She was quite surprised at his actions as she asked for an explanation.

He stared at her before breathing . This was probably the worst day of his life. First he was losing Rhea and then now he was going to lose the only person who could help him get the wealth of the Chester’s Enterprise.

‘ Cindy, remember the first day we all met at the salon?’

He looked at her expecting an answer, and she nodded, returning to her former position of sitting .

‘ It wasn’t a coincidence. My masked man already told me you were going to be there.’ He watched her, she was listening attentively but want to know if she was following so he stopped.

‘ So you and your brother were keeping tabs on me?’ she faked an angry look.

‘ Save your defense and go straight to the point.’

He breathed ,

‘ Your sister is Axl’s wife.’ He said,

She looked at him expecting it to be a trick but it wasn’t, Dementrio was a man who didn’t play tricks at all.

She looked at his image as it became blurry, meanwhile her hands were trembling, she felt the world was spinning as cold gripped her.

‘ What did you say?’ she asked, just to be sure she wasn’t dreaming at all.

‘ Your sister is Axl’s wife.’ he repeated as he got up slowly. It looked like he was leaving.

‘ You knew I was planning to hurt my sister? You’re heartless!’

‘ I know you will blame me but I will take all the blame till Rhea is released. Damien will try to use Rhea to get the properties, just be alert.’ With these words he was gone.

He looked sad as he left with his head bent down.

Cindy stood as she watched him leave, slowly tears filled her eyes as she slowly let them out.

With different thoughts rummaging in her mind, she tried to keep calm as she felt her world spinning.

If all what he said was true that means, she actually betrayed her sister.

It would have been good news, the long awaited sister had been close to her .

She smiled as she thought of seeing her sister again but then the thought of her affair with Axl brought more sorrows.

‘ I love Rhea and that is why I couldn’t hide the truth from you!’ she looked to see the face of Dementia.

He didn’t leave at all, like she thought.

‘ You knew I was going to be intimate with Axl, I feel so bad about that ‘

‘ It isn’t your fault Cindy, you didn’t know she was your sister.’

‘ No, that’s not true, I was clearly blinded by anger and hatred to take revenge on who assaulted me.’

‘ Your sister really loves you.’

‘ You know her? Can I see her?’

‘ Just look at the mirror, she’s a replica of you.’

She heard his statement and weeped more as she entered the kitchen to get a bottle of beer, holding it like it was the last possession she had. She drank heavily from it.

He tried to stop her but her fierce eyes were enough to give him a clear warning.

‘Cindy, drinking won’t help you now?’ he dragged the bottle from her, before helping her to the couch.

‘ Am the worst person Demetrio, I literally ruined my sister’s marriage.’ she cried as she covered her face with her palms.

‘ It has already ruined Cindy. It wasn’t your fault, you didn’t even know who you were.’

‘ Why can’t I remember anything? ‘

‘ I can’t answer that, maybe your sister could help.’

‘ I can’t see her, I am really ashamed of myself.’

He looked at her with pitiful eyes, as he gently patted her soft hair, talking softly.

‘ It wasn’t your fault Cindy, you were alone after your parents accident.’

‘ My parents are dead?’ she asked with teary eyes and a cracked voice.

‘ Yes, your only sister is alive. You’re the daughter of Mr. Chester.’

‘ Mr. Chester?’ She looked at him unbelievably. ‘ You mean Chester’s Enterprise?’

He nodded as she lit up a smile.

‘ I would love to see my sister, just once. I want to see her.’ She begged.

‘ Why don’t you dress up as Alexia Bachman, she won’t recognize you and you will be able to talk to her. ‘

‘ I will take you to see her.’ he promised.

She jumped in excitement as she hugged him before rushing upstairs to get dressed.

‘ Hi Dementrio, how are you?’ a voice said.

‘ Am doing good. Your home?’ he asked.

‘ No, not at all. You wanted something?’ she tried to hide the pain she felt.

‘Yes, are you fine?’ he asked.

‘ Am fine, I went out to get something.’ she said as she thought of telling him the truth but she just couldn’t trust anyone yet. She needed to play innocent with everyone.

‘I wanted to talk about a few things with you, is that possible?’

‘ we could meet over at a cover shop or some other place.’ she offered.

‘ Alright, thanks alot.’

The call was dropped as she turned to look at Nelly.

‘ That was Axl’s best friend, I need to see him? You’re coming?’ she asked

‘ Sure, I feel a little lonely here.’
