Jason paced around the room as he got home from his flight and hoped Lucia doesn’t get mad at him from pulling such stunt .

He was still deep in thought when his phone rang .

He felt his heart thump as he checked the caller .

It was Lucia . Has she found out .

Was she mad at him .

He picked up the call with shaky hands and was relieved by the way she answered the call .

Meaning she was not angry.

” Hello Lucia ” he muttered and she had replied him perfectly well. .

She then asked him for a hang out which had shocked Jason.

Was it that she wanted to tell him she likes him .

Although he was very tired , he agreed to the idea that she suggested.

He picked up his car key as he checked his phone for the direction of the place they were to meet .

It was a bar uptown and it wasn’t far away from the house where he was staying .

He got into his car , floored the gas pedal and drove out of the compound .

He took the direction the Google map led him and was soon there in less than thirty minutes and Lucia wasn’t yet there .

So he picked a seat by the side of the window where they would be able to get a nice view . .

Lucia picked out a blue denim ripped jeans and a tank top to match it up and picked her phone .

She let her hair fall and it shielded her hurting face a bit .

She came out of the house and smiled at the GLK .

Guess I have to make use of you for the last time today . Well our friendship didn’t last long but I cherished it . I trust you , I know you would always seek my voice before concluding on anything . Right?? ” She said tears rolling down her face .

She quickly got into the car and ignited it before driving out of the compound hoping Lucien doesn’t look for where she is .

She was vibing to the heartbreaking songs coming out the car’s stereo.

They were all made for her and they were perfectly her mood .

Lucia didn’t care about anything going on around her.

All she wished to do was go meet Jason at the venue , give him a piece of her mind , turn back home and bury herself in her bed in tears. .

Just as if time and nature were with her , she got there and saw Jason’s car already there.

The one she used to go help him woo a lady.

She said laughing .

She walked inside and saw him where he was seated by the window with a tensed look on his face as he eye scanned the place probably in search of her.

He noticed the relaxed smile that crept on his face as his gaze fell upon her.

Lucia marked her hidden pains with a smug smile as she walked closer to him .

Jason smiled warmly as he stood up to draw out a seat for Lucia .

” Thanks , you didn’t have to ” she said sitting down calmly .

” It’s fine , that’s what a gentle man should do right. ” He asked and Lucia nodded keeping her face blank and an intense gaze on him.

Jason shifted on his seat in discomfort at Lucia’s intense gaze on him .

He couldn’t read her and his instinct told him that she wasn’t having this dinner with him because of fun or anything but something else and that something else is what he hasn’t been able to place .

” What would you like to have ” he asked breaking the deepening silence that was eating up .

” Your heart ” she said with a menacing smile and Jason was taken aback.

” You could top it with your brain , and your liver , your kidneys and any other vital organ I can find in your body .” Lucia said and if Jason was scared now , he did a good job in masking it.

He coughed nervously .

” I don’t understand ” he asked and Lucia chuckled .

” Got you ” she said and laughed , a not so sincere laugh .

” Huh ”

” Yes I was . Well I would love an alcoholic wine ” she said and smiled at him .

” Ok then I’ll get your order ” Jason said flashing her a smile , a nervous one.

” Silly ” Lucia thought as she watched him leave .

Well this night would be a long one for the both of them and he would learn not to mess with her and as for Lucien too hell with him .

He has broken her enough and she wasn’t going to continue being his weakling .

She wasn’t the first person to lose her memories and she should not act like a toy because of that .

Seems that everyone around her were bent in messing with her except Thelma and Quinn who are unfortunately not close now ..

Jason had a pensive look when Lucia wasn’t forthcoming .

Was she just playing games with him or what .

He eye scanned the environment and his countenance relaxed seeing her walking in looking beautiful in her ripped jeans and crop top although the aura around her to him spoke danger .

She wasn’t wearing any of her contagious smile rather her face was just wearing a smile that didn’t reach the eyes ..
