Chapter 317 I Can Feel Your Love

Faye's voice was very soft.

But her words stirred up Colin's emotions.

Colin had drunk a lot tonight and had a strong smell of alcohol.

Not getting a reply from Colin, Faye took two steps forward, pressed her lips, and asked, "You don't

want it?"

The hotel had a constant temperature, but at this moment, Faye felt her face hot.

Colin's Adam's Apple bobbed up and down. Several seconds later, he put his palm on Faye's waist and

hugged her tightly.

Faye didn't struggle. Instead, she leaned forward, tiptoed, and whispered into Colin's ear, "Colin, I want

to give you an unforgettable birthday."

Colin's heart skipped a beat, but he felt less flustered. He asked in a sexy voice, "How unforgettable

will it be?"

Faye moved her red lips and uttered, "I'm not skilled in that, but I'll let you enjoy it."

Colin replied, "I'm looking forward to it."

Though Faye looked quite composed, her face, ears, and even her neck were all red.

As the conversation was over, Faye was about to put down her tiptoed feet. However, Robert's anxious

voice suddenly sounded from behind.

"Mr. Farrell."

The tenderness in Colin's eyes was replaced by indifference when he heard Robert's voice.

Noticing this, Robert stiffened.

With her back to Robert, Faye couldn't see his expression, but she could tell how anxious he was from

his voice.

When Faye turned around, Robert greeted her awkwardly, "Mrs. Farrell."

Colin asked, "What happened?"

Robert replied, "Old Mr. Farrell is seriously ill. The servants failed to reach you and Mrs. Farrell, so they

called me."

Colin asked doubtfully, "Seriously ill?"

Robert replied, "Yep. I heard that..."

He suddenly realized something and shut up. Then he took two steps forward, stopped before Colin,

and continued in a lowered voice, "I heard that he was infuriated by Tiffany."

Colin glanced at him and asked, "What did Tiffany do?"

Robert replied in a more lowered voice, "She dated her paramour secretly."

Colin slightly raised his brows, looking as if it had triggered his interest. "Oh?"

Robert continued, "I heard that Tiffany went out to meet her paramour tonight. But Blaine had prepared

for this and caught her at the scene. It's said to be very embarrassing."

Colin's grandfather valued reputation a lot.

It was roughly half an hour to New Year's Eve, but such an indecent matter happened. No wonder

Colin's grandfather was so angered that he even got seriously sick.

After reporting the matter, Robert gazed at Colin, waiting for his arrangement.

Colin tilted his head to look at Faye and asked with a smile, "Honey, would you like to go back to watch

a show?"

Faye was clear that Colin's grandfather's illness would cause a great disturbance. She looked down at

her wristwatch. It was twenty minutes to midnight.

It should take at least an hour from her to the Farrells' Mansion.

Faye spoke, "It will be a turbulent night. Get prepared."

Colin said teasingly, "Just take it as a special gift for my birthday."

The three of them then left the hotel. After getting into the car, Faye took out her phone and texted

Abbot to inform him about this.

Abbot replied with a message several minutes later.

(Abbot) Call me if you need my help.

(Faye) Okay.

After replying to Abbot's message, Faye found three unread messages on her phone.

She subconsciously raised her head to look at Colin, only to find that he was having a respite. She

tapped on the screen to read the message.

The first message was sent two and a half hours ago.

(Unknown) Done.

And the second and third messages were all sent forty minutes ago.

(Unknown) Bad news. I was caught.

(Unknown) Remember to save me.

After reading these three messages, Faye pressed the screen and swiped to the left to delete them.

Then she turned off her phone and put it back into her purse.

Half an hour later, the car stopped in front of the Farrells' Mansion.

Robert pulled off the car and looked at Colin through the rearview mirror, reporting, "Mr. Farrell, we've

arrived."

Colin opened his eyes. They looked bloodshot.

Robert asked, "Didn't you sleep well last night?"

Colin, who was sitting in the backseat, stretched his long legs. He replied in a lazy tone, "Isn't it normal

for a married man to have poor sleep at night?"

Robert was rendered wordless.

He regretted asking that question.

Colin then turned to look at Faye and said, "We'll go in. Stand aside later no matter what will happen."

Faye looked at Colin and replied, "Okay."

Colin added in a deep voice, "Don't say anything even if they will target me."

Faye knitted her brows.

Studying Faye's expression, Colin chuckled and asked, "Are you pitying me?"

Faye replied with a smile, "Rest assured. If this is a part of your plan, I won't bring trouble to you."

Colin held up Faye's hand, put it on his lips, and said in a deep, low voice, "Honey, I can feel your love.

It feels good."

Faye was rendered speechless.

Abbot, who was sitting in the driver's seat, thought to himself, "It would be so great if the driverless

automobiles are completely safe."

When Colin and Faye walked into the Farrells' Mansion, they found the living room was in a total mess.

Tiffany and Blaine were arguing vehemently.

As Old Mr. Farrell was seriously ill, they didn't dare to make a loud noise. However, the harder they

tried to lower their voices, the more ferocious they looked.

Blaine said through gritted teeth, "Tiffany Shaw, I must divorce you."

Tiffany had run out of her patience. She directly retorted despite her words would offend Blaine, "Blaine

Farrell, think I don't know what you're planning, huh? You want to snatch my shares and drive me out

without giving me any compensation, right? Your wish!"

Blaine pointed at the man behind Tiffany and said furiously, "You don't want a divorce? Okay. Then tell

me who he is."

Tiffany took a deep breath and retorted, "Blaine Farrell, are you eligible to ask about my private life?"

No matter what identities they had, they behaved like ordinary people when they argued.

They had lost their rationality and didn't care about their images at all.

Colin and Faye were watching the show at the door. The servants standing aside greeted them

tremblingly.

Colin asked with a meaningful smile, "How long have they been arguing?"

The servants looked down at the ground, not daring to answer the question.

Colin's presence caught Helen and Hank's attention.

Helen drew back her neck and crouched in a corner of the sofa, trying her best to reduce her sense of

presence.

Hank's eyes met with Colin's. He suddenly curled up his lips into a sarcastic smile.

His expression triggered Colin's interest. He raised her brows and strode into the living room.

Tiffany and Blaine, who were arguing violently, finally spotted Colin. They simultaneously quieted down.

Several minutes later, they sat down on the sofa, trying to redeem their images as seniors.

Blaine picked up a glass of water from the tea table and took a sip of it. After calming down himself, he

broke the silence and asked, "Why are you suddenly back?"

Colin strode to the tea table, bent forward to pick up a pack of cigarette, tapped out a cigarette, gripped

it with his teeth, and then replied with a chuckle, "I plan to sell all the shares of the Farrell Group in my

hand. Who would like to buy them?"
