Atrus was dead, and his men had admitted defeat as well.

All the cultivators of Westeria had also bowed to him in apology. Who else was he waiting on?

Wilbur then said, "The president of Westeria. I'm certain he had a part to play in this."

Atrus paused. "That's definitely possible. Atrus and the president are great friends, and work partners in politics. That makes him somewhat relevant to this."

"Well, since he is relevant, he's got a hand in what happened today. I'm not leaving without an apology," said Wilbur.

Elise and the others were shocked.

Was he expecting an apology from a president? How was that even possible?

Just then, Wilbur said, "Tell your president if I don't get an apology within three days, I'll take a trip to Cranbella to have a talk with him myself."

"Alright. I'll pass the message to the president." Charlie hardly even seemed surprised.

Elise and the others, however, found it hard to remain calm.

Was someone this powerful really capable of having a nation's president apologize to him? Westeria was not a small country, unlike those in the Freeca continent.

Just then, Wilbur's phone rang. He glanced at it and picked the call up.

"Faye? What's up?"

"Aren't you done? Why aren't you coming back yet?" Faye's voice rang through the phone.noveldrama

"I might need a few more days here. Got some unfinished business," said Wilbur. "Okay. I have a friend who happens to be in Morburn for a famous film festival, please help out if you don't mind," Faye said.

Wilbur frowned. "What does he do, and why does he need my help?"

"She's a girl, and she's gorgeous. She's the A-list celebrity, Jayla Loss. We used to be classmates, and she invited me on a trip to Morburn. Of course, I haven't got the time, but since you're there, please get in touch with her. I'd hate for her to be bullied over there, and you know how messy the entertainment industry is. It'd be great if you could help her out," said Faye.

Wilbur let out a dry chuckle. "I don't even know anyone from the entertainment industry here. How am I supposed to help?"

"Well, I know what you're capable of. Surely you know a top dog or two there, right?" Faye said playfully.

Wilbur blinked. There was Charlie, he supposed. Hans was probably one as well. With how powerful he was, all it would take was one word from him and no one would dare lay a finger on Jayla.

It was just that Wilbur did not wish to meddle in an entire industry.

"Give me a break, please. I've got other things to do, I really can't help," Wilbur begged.

Faye sighed. "Alright, then. I was just asking. Come home soon."

"Yep, I'll be back as soon as I'm done."

Faye hung up right after, and Wilbur shook his head before turning to Charlie. "Is there by any chance a film festival happening in Morburn soon?"

"Uh. I'm not too sure about that, sir." It was clear that Charlie hardly cared about things of this matter.

Elise piped up all of a sudden. "Oh, there is. It's an international film festival, and all the big celebrities are attending. That's why I was here in the first place."

"Ah, I see." Wilbur frowned. Since Faye had asked, he did not mind helping. However, there did not seem to be much he could do at the moment. After all, he hardly knew anyone in the entertainment industry.
