Before she could even move her legs to walk. Leo took her right hand and folded it with his left hand. She couldn’t help but shudder at what he did. It’s okay with her how Leo treats all. She could not ask for more, she won’t want to expect more from him. She just feels his holding. She knew at that moment, that she was safe.

They walked out of the house to his car parked not far from the apartment. When she got close to the car, she immediately got in the passenger seat. Even Leo got in also in the driver’s seat. Leo drove the car out of the apartment’s yard. While they were on the road, she couldn’t help but ask herself.

“Rhianna.” he said. She looked at him and smiled.

“Brandon, Come on, maybe they’re all inside.” she said and she tried to smile. They went inside together as they followed Leo’s bulk.

“About what happened earlier. I mean, what Carmela did. I was surprised Rhianna and I don’t like what she had done.” Leo explained. Rhianna frowned. Why is he explaining to her? There was no reason for him to explain his side because they have no relationship.

“That’s okay. You don’t have to explain because we’re not in a relationship, Leo.” she started in a fact tone. He laughed with sarcasm.

“You’re right. We have no relationship. I’m sorry.” he said. What does she mean? What is the reason and he explains it to her? She was confused! Annoying! Focus Rhianna! You are on a mission. Just think about those things when the mission is over.

“Here we are,” Leo said bringing back my flying thought.

They immediately complied and ran first to the location of the abandoned building. She was about to run when he took her hand, he folded it with his hand and ran. Because he was holding her hand she drifted off to run. She couldn’t help but smile. She looked at their hands clasped.

“You just have to be behind me all the time. For your safety.” Leo said as they ran. Suddenly, her chest throbbed rapidly at what he said. The thought of her safety in his mind only makes Rhianna feels happy and contented.
