To Cecilia's surprise, Lysanna was incredibly eager. Without any hesitation, she explained herself.

"So, you were able to lead the dance that day?"

"Sure, there won't be any issues on that day. It's just that I might not be able to train these two days," Cecilia stated.

The dance teacher, Nadia, let out a sigh of relief instantly. "That's fine. As long as you can perform on the day, it's all good. After all, you're already very well-practiced."

She felt that even if Cecilia didn't practice for a few days, she would still be better than Lysanna.

"Alright, then I'll take a couple of days off first."

"Sure, that works."

Cecilia seemed to have thought of something and said, "However, could you possibly refrain from telling Lysanna for now? Could you tell her you've found another dance student?"

Nadia was somewhat puzzled and asked, "Why?"

Cecilia then told Nadia about her fall and the hospital.

Upon hearing this, Nadia was filled with righteous indignation. "How could Lysanna behave in such a way? I was wondering why she approached me about leading the dance, and then you ran into trouble in the afternoon. So it was her doing. Her character is seriously flawed."

After she finished speaking, she also understood why Cecilia had asked her to do this. It was nothing more than the fear that Lysanna might once again harbor ill intentions. After all, there were some things that were impossible to guard against completely. After discussing with Nadia, Cecilia applied for a two-day leave online.

However, Nadia said, "Hard work can make up for lack of skill. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, there won't be any issues with the performance. If you really don't want to, I can find a dance student from outside."

Guests at the event began to arrive one by one. Lysanna no longer had time to gossip about Cecilia, and instead went to change into her dance attire.

What she hadn't expected was Nadia apologizing to her "Lysanna, I'm sorry, but you can't be the lead dancer today."
