Ben said he would come in a while, but he arrived in just ten minutes.

Ben didn't find her, so he immediately looked at Elijah. "Where is she?"
"She went upstairs." After Elijah finished speaking, he reminded Ben, "You can't go upstairs. This is
Cordelia's residence now."

Cordelia suddenly realized that the reason why Ben lost control and beat Elissa was probably because
Elissa wanted to hurt Imogen's babies.
Therefore, Cordelia reassured Ben, "The babies are fine. Ben, you have to teach Elissa a lesson.
Otherwise, something serious will happen in the future."
Ben nodded. "Don't worry. She won't dare in the future."
Elissa was beaten up by Ben, who protected her the most. If she still dared to provoke Imogen, Elissa
would be an idiot!
Lost in thought, Cordelia remained a calm face. "I will send Imogen to a safe place as soon as
possible."
"Is she leaving again?" Ben obviously disagreed.
"As you can see, it is not suitable for her to stay in Beilve City during pregnancy," Cordelia said,
frowning.
"Let me take care of her," Ben said firmly.
Cordelia knew that he had this plan.
However, Ben had a daydream. Imogen would be unwilling, and even Cordelia would not agree with
him taking Imogen away.
"I don't think you are emotionally stable enough, nor are you capable enough to protect Imogen and the
babies," Cordelia said bluntly.
Ben was taken aback for a moment and gave a smile instead of being angry. "You are indeed a perfect
match. Both of you almost said the same words."
He was referring to Cordelia and Elijah, of course.
Cordelia couldn't help but glance at Elijah. When she saw him blinking at her, Cordelia immediately
looked away as if she had been shocked.
She immediately cursed Elijah in her mind.
At this moment, Ben continued, "Can I meet Imogen? I want to ask her something in person."
"Yes."
Ben and Elijah didn't expect Cordelia to readily agree this time.

"But we have to discuss one thing first," Cordelia said, taking out an agreement and handing it to Ben.
Ben's eyes darkened. He took the agreement, browsed it quickly, and then sneered, "Does she want to
compete with me for the babies?"

"Okay, I agree." Ben picked up the pen and signed the agreement without saying a word.
Cordelia was stunned.
At this moment, she actually felt that Ben was quite manly.
After closing the agreement, Ben dropped the pen and said calmly, "Don't worry. The things in the
terms will not happen again, and the babies can only be mine in the end."
Cordelia chuckled, "I hope so."
Later, Cordelia went upstairs to call Imogen.
Ben then looked at Elijah and said, "I haven't eaten yet."
"Imogen said there is no share for you," Elijah smiled lightly.
Ben paused for a moment and then snorted coldly.
Not long after, they saw the pregnant Imogen coming downstairs.
Ben narrowed his eyes, staring intently at Imogen, who was dressed neatly, got up, and walked
towards the yard first.
At the sight of Imogen's timid look, Cordelia patted her shoulder and whispered in her ear, "You
overacted. Relax a little more."
Imogen immediately gave her a grateful look and then walked out slowly.
Under the moonlight, Ben stood alone in the yard.
His eyes darkened as he saw Imogen advancing toward him step by step.
Suddenly, he reached out his hand and grabbed Imogen, who was already close to him, pulling her into
his arms and bending down to passionately kiss her lips.
