Unexpected Encounter with my Boss (Vincent and Tiffany)

Chapter 109

"How dare you!" Clyde was about to get out of the car in anger, ready to beat the security guard up. Suddenly, Leon patted him on the shoulder. "Reverse the car. I'll walk in while you wait outside."

"But Leon..."

"Do you need me to say it again?" Leon's tone changed slightly.

"No." Clyde gritted his teeth, glared at the security guard, and reversed out.

...

Teresa's leg was injured, and she walked slowly. She relaxed as soon as she entered the gated compound and sat by a flowerbed to relax for a while.

A little puppy ran over and rubbed itself against her leg. She bent down and stroked it gently.

Leon stood in the distance, watching her quietly. He had never expected to meet her there, but she probably didn't recognize him anymore...

Teresa sat there for a while, then got up to continue her journey home. She felt like someone was following her, but when she turned back to look, there was nobody there.

After she went into the apartment and changed into slippers, the doorbell rang. She didn't see anyone when she looked through the peephole, so she opened the door. There was a soft thump as the bag that had been hung on her doorknob fell to the floor. Teresa picked it up and looked at it. A chill ran down her back.

Wasn't that the medicine that the doctor had prescribed for her?

But she had come back empty-handed... so where had the medicine come from? The man called Leon must have sent it over. No wonder she had felt like someone was following her.

She broke out in a cold sweat at the thought of Leon's face. She shut the door with a bang, her knees buckling.

He must've found out that she'd given the wrong address on purpose. She wondered what kind of trouble she had brought on herself by offending him.

Teresa was terrified of being alone at home, so she called Eric.

The phone rang for a long time before he picked up. Eric's impatient voice pierced through the noise on his end. "What is it?"Content © NôvelDrama.Org 2024.

"Eric, what time are you coming home? I-"

"I'm out drinking with some friends. You can go to bed first. Don't wait up for me!" He hung up.

Teresa was left listening to the dial tone. She felt very disappointed.

...

Tiffany saw that the lights were still on when she got back to her dorm. She pushed open the door and saw Brianna.

Brianna was wearing a nightdress, sitting on the edge of the bed as she rubbed her hair dry. She looked like she had just had a shower.

Her suitcase was standing beside the bed, and it was open. The clothes inside were a rumpled mess. It looked like she had moved back in.

Tiffany frowned and walked past her

bed. She picked up her own pajamas

and headed for the bathroom.

However she hadn't expected someone to be inside. The moment she opened the door, she came face-to-face with a shirtless William.

"Aargh!" Tiffany jumped in shock.

Brianna laughed as she walked over. and took William's arm. She said

"Tiff,

don't mind me bringing my

bond over to stay at our dorm,

.

Tiffany's eyes widened. "You can't let a man stay at a women's dorm. Are you mad?"

"Rules are dead, but people are alive. As long as you keep it a secret, Madam Burton won't find out."

Tiffany was speechless.

She knew that Brianna was thick-skinned, but she hadn't expected her to be so shameless.

"I won't keep it a secret for you," she said, frowning. "Men can't stay at a women's dorm. If you want to live together, then please move out."

This was a dorm! What kind of place did they think it was?

William said nothing.

His silence seemed like an

indulgence to Brianna. She snorted.

"Tiffany,

didn't you bring a man back

to the dorm too? Why are you acting as if you're all innocent?"
