They pretended to be lovers who lost their way. They were finally out of the secret door and behold there was a giant door with cameras and an off alarm. One move from them will alarm the whole building and tens of guards will be onto them.

” What do we do? Asked Ava confused and dejected

” Abort mission. We’re dead if we move to pass this. Viola will hunt us for eternity” said Vanessa who wasn’t ready to die

” Continue with the plan,” said Audrey” we are not just selling our bodies, we sold our freedom to live. she regards us as slaves. We’re going to prove to her that it’s our life and we decide whether to sell it or have it crushed. I don’t know what you girls think. I didn’t sell my body to be a slave. I rather pass these doors and shot to death than go back there when the outside world thinks I’m dead. I’m sorry but I have a sick mother at the hospital who has been in a coma for six years now. If after six years she’s still alive, then there’s nothing stopping me from going through that door. ” She sighed as they stared at her in utmost surprise. nodding their heads in agreement.

They rather pass the door than go back to slavery. Their minds were made up. Ava swiped the card and the door opened along with a loud disturbing alarm for intruders. Four of them went through the door and saw freedom two kilometers away.

They made it out and were boarding a van when the guards reached them. They fired but they drove out but one wasn’t so lucky. Vanessa was hit and fell off the van instantly. Lola revised to go get her but she waved her hands mouthing for them to leave her to her fate. Lola wasn’t ready to go back to the hell hole, not after the successful escapade. so she drove off despite Ava and Audrey’s refusal. Freedom was within her reach. She was in tears while driving. Though they fought a lot. She was her only friend.

The trio mourned Vanessa and vowed to make her sacrifice worthwhile. One day Viola will pay for taking her life. They abandoned the Van by stealing another one to avoid being tracked.

Mademoiselle Viola returned hours later and was told what happened. She blamed Emerson for being so reckless. Emerson frowned but was impressed and left afterward.

Viola paid assassins to find them and bring them dead or alive. They’re her properties she concluded. She was ready to chase them to the end of the world if possible.
