Chapter 210 Back From The Dead
Chapter 210 Back From The Dead
Ella had planned to take Jane with her, for she feared Jane may cause trouble.
Anna, however, insisted on leaving Jane with her. Ella finally agreed.
"Don't worry! Jane has been a well-behaved and pleasant little girl." Anna walked out from the living
room, heavily pregnant. She looked at Jane with pleasure, who was?nestling on Ella's left shoulder.
Jane was an only three-years-old girl, but was docile, smart, and endearing.
She hoped her baby would be as cute and adorable as Jane.
"Well, Anna, it's so kind of you to help me out." Deep inside, Ella felt sorry for having to let a pregnant
woman take care of Jane. She knew it took a lot of energy to look after a kid.
She felt the need to tell Samuel about Jane as soon as possible
"Oh, why are you being so nice to me? Can't you just regard me as your sister-in-law?" Anna
mentioned in a sarcastic tone, while she cuddled Jane.
Anna didn't have to worry about Jane anymore. In fact, her servants were there to take care of her. The
only parenting she had to do is to play with the little girl.
"Of course, you are my closest family member!" Ella stated, cheerfully. Ella had considered Anna her
best friend. She had long been very close with Anna before she and Samuel even got married.
"Good! That's it! No need for you to be so formal."
Anna, who had prepared freshly sliced fruits, escorted them to the sofa and gestured for them to sit
down.
"Has Eason been so busy these days?" Ella asked, while giving Jane a piece of mango to eat.
Subconsciously, she glanced at the stairs on the second floor after asking the question.
"Yes, with another child, Eason has to earn more to feed this one." Anna replied.
Realising Anna was just joking, Ella started to defend his brother, "Hey, you are really insatiable. Eason
is already one of the richest man in the country. Are you still not content?"
What Ella said made Anna chuckle. "Of course, I'm content. I advised Eason to not over-do it and to
relax more often. However, his company needed him to spend more time at work."
Ella nodded. Suddenly something crossed her mind. "Anna, has Eason's behaviour changed in any
way?"
Eason's reputation as a playboy was well-known, and she knew better than anyone else.
She had hoped that Eason would grow into a family-oriented man. After all, he was already a father.
Extremely irritated, Anna rolled her eyes, "I can only say it's okay. He has restrained himself, but too
many women have come to look for him." Anna had hardly finished her sentence when the doorbell
rang.
A servant went to open the door. Anna, who was just quietly sitting on the sofa, guessed that it could be
one of the women that Eason had had affairs with. NôvelDrama.Org owns all content.
The door opened, and what the servant said confirmed Anna's speculations. "Miss, who are you
looking for?"
"I'm looking for Eason, " said the guest in a sultry and sweet voice. Surprised, Ella immediately turned
to look at the woman.
The moment she recognised who she was, Ella nearly choked on the fruit she was eating.
'How could she… How can she still be alive? Am I seeing a ghost?' Ella pondered to herself.
After she went to lay Jane down on the nearest sofa, Ella walked to the door, and noticed that the maid
was refusing that woman's entry into the villa.
Anna noticed that Ella was panicking and tried to calm her down. "Ella, don't overact. It's no big deal.
I'm used to it already."
The villa had been visited by some women of different races every month.
Ella looked at Anna, shaking her head. She wanted to tell Anna that things were really different this
time.
Before Anna could stand up to follow, Ella had already closed the door and approached the woman.
"Ella, it's really you. I really have come to the right place." Judith was surprised to see the new Ella.
She wasn't the same person she met before. Although they had not seen each other for more than a
decade, Ella seemed to have recognised Judith at first glance.
"Judith, what have you come here for?"
Ella excitedly held Judith's hand for the first time again after a decade. Ella felt the warmth of her
hands, and certainly enough, she knew that she was not seeing a ghost.
Judith felt like she was in heaven. After so many?years, she had finally seen Ella.
"Ella, have you thought that I was dead?"
She herself too had thought she was going to die the very moment she passed out. Ten days later, she
had realised that she had not died, but had been in a land of unknown tribe.
She couldn't understand the language of the tribe. She tried to ask them how to get out of the isolated
land, but she had no luck.
The chieftain's son had admired her and forbidden her to leave. She had stayed there for more than a
decade.
An American explorer, who discovered the tribe, found her and rescued her from being held captive by
the tribe.
The moment they left the secluded land, the first person she had thought to contact was Eason, her
boyfriend.
After all the trials and tribulations, she had finally returned to C country. After which she decided to visit
the Bo family, but found no one had been living in the house for some years.
She started investigating and discovered that Ella's father and mother had died in a car accident a few
years ago, but no one could tell her where Eason and Ella had moved to.
However, commercials featuring Ella could be seen everywhere on the streets. She was having
flashbacks of old days with Judith. Tears started to run down her face.
"Yeah, my brother had been looking for you for several years, but found nothing. In the end, he had to
live with what your parents had told him, that you had already..." Eason began acting like a playboy
after Judith's death. No-one had known how many women he had slept with.
When Ella told her that Eason had looked for her for several years, Judith began to weep.
She had also gone back to her hometown, but what she found had truly shattered her heart into pieces.
After her disappearance, her father was diagnosed with depression and killed himself, following the
suicide of her aged mother.
Anna came out, curiously staring at Ella and Judith, who seemed to be hugging each other.
'Who is that woman? Ella seemed to know her a lot. But she came to see Eason. How could she be
crying on Ella's chest?' Anna was puzzled.
"Ella, why don't you come in?" Glancing at Judith who was crying her heart out, Anna walked over and
gestured Ella and Judith to enter the house.
When she saw Anna, Judith wiped her tears and looked at her.
"Anna, we have something to talk about. You go in first, we'll be there in a minute or two." The situation
caused Ella to develop a huge headache. 'Gosh, what should I do?' Ella said to herself.
She was a first-hand witness to how the relationship between Judith and Eason was developing.
She was only about eleven years old at that time. Her parents also knew how Judith and Eason loved
each other very much. Judith usually went to their house to visit. She was so nice to Ella that she had
treated her like a sister.
Judith could tell that Anna was possibly Ella's sister-in-law, and Eason's wife. Judith's face turned pale
though she had expected this before she came. She felt pain deep-inside.
A few minutes later, Anna regretted not listening to her to go inside.
Rubbing her pregnant belly, Anna looked at Ella and Judith thoughtfully. "Ella, this is terrible. She does
not look good. She shouldn't be out in the freezing cold."
Ella felt at a loss. Should she take Judith in?
