Chapter 261 It was Kent Who Took Action

The women present there stopped gazing in admiration and began to talk about what was happening in

After the incident, Arvin bade his farewell and left.

In the car, when Arvin remembered that the woman had touched his clothes, he felt quite disgusted. He

asked Kent to drive the car at full speed to return to the Gu family house.

Angela had just walked out of Lily Mei's bedroom and went back to her and Arvin's own room. She was

about to have a bath.

When she came out of the dressing room, the bedroom door was opened from outside, and she saw

Arvin come in.

Angela instantly threw her pajamas on the bed and ran towards him, saying excitedly, "Big Wing! Why

are you back home so early?"

Angela had almost thrown herself into his arms, but Arvin hastily stopped her and pulled her away, and

said, "Hold on, I need to change my clothes first." He kissed Angela's lips as he said that and started to

walk in the direction of the dressing room.

Angela smiled sweetly, but then she noticed something that froze her smile. She yelled at Arvin, "Stop

right there!"

Arvin turned around hesitantly.

Angela looked at Arvin's shirt. A bright red lipstick mark on his white shirt pierced through her eyes.

She went berserk almost instantly. She felt her heart ache. 'Who left this lipstick mark on Arvin? Rosa

Yin? Nita Zhen? Or some other woman...' wondered Angela.

Arvin had sensed something was wrong and so he looked where Angela was looking. He immediately

understood what it was and closed his eyes in anger.

'Damn, that woman!' He thought that perhaps it was not enough to send that woman to the Red-light

District as a punishment.

"Angela, listen to me!" he tried to explain.

But Angela was mad with anger. She wouldn't listen to anything right now.

She shook away his hands and yelled, "No, I don't want to listen to you! Arvin, weren't you just

attending a company's anniversary ceremony? Did your partner prepare many beautiful women for

you?" Since his wife was not there at his side, he could have been freely playing with the other women

there while his wife waited for him, alone at home.

"No, it's not like that..."

Arvin wanted to hold her, but she kept refusing, "Don't touch me!"

With another look, Angela realised that it actually wasn't the same colour as Rosa's lipstick.

Arvin immediately ran after her. Before she could go down the staircase, Arvin caught up with her and

"Listen! Tonight some trashy woman wearing high-heels had her ankle twisted and she accidentally

landed on me..." Arvin explained.

"There were so many people there, but why did she have to fall on you?" snapped Angela. They were

talking in the staircase, so in order not to bother the other family members, Angela kept her voice low.

"Because that woman was courting death!"

"So that's your explanation?"

"Yes, is there any problem?" Hadn't he made it clear that the lipstick mark was left on his shirt

accidentally by some woman?

"Yes, there is a problem! A big problem! Oh Mr. Jealousy! You have the nerves to get jealous of me and

another man while you were out having an affair with another woman tonight..." said Angela angrily.

"Fine. It's all my fault. Let's go back to the bedroom first, okay?" Arvin conceded and tried to comfort

her emotions first.

Arvin held on to Angela's shoulders at once when he heard Aron's words, and said, "No, nothing

serious. Brother, please go inside your room and have a good rest."

When he looked at Aron, he noticed that Aron was emanating a sexual aura and had a fresh look on

his face. Being the experienced man that he was, Arvin instantly understood that he might have just

had sex with someone just now. He suspected whether Aron was hiding a woman in his bedroom.

But no, Aron also had just come back home from outside. So to be more precise, he had just come

back from a woman's bed.

Aron was still unaware that his younger brother had already guessed what he had done earlier tonight,

but he raised his brows and teased, "Nothing serious? But I can tell Angela is mad at you." Angela had

Arvin did not want to risk causing an accident, so he decided not to run after Angela when she ran

downstairs. He followed her slowly, and when she had climbed down to the floor, he picked up his

pace, caught her and carried her in his arms.

"Arvin, you jerk. Let go of me!" Angela did not dare to scream out loud so she kept her voice low and

slapped Arvin as he carried her.

Soon enough, when Aron was about to close the bedroom door, he saw Arvin come back upstairs with

Angela in his arms. He opened his mouth and teased, "You young people must be really energetic!"

"You're not bad, too!" Arvin snapped at him as he carried Angela back to their bedroom.
