agreement.
After thinking of that, Sophia became even more displeased with Juliana.
However, she hid her emotions well and agreed to Jackson’s request.
“Two bodyguards are too few. I’ll arrange four bodyguards. It is convenient to work in shifts and protect
Julia for 20 hours.”
“Mom, you’re thoughtful. I will choose four people and send them to Julia.”
Jackson was very happy, but he did not know that Sophia had done that to spy on Juliana.
He got up and left, but Sophia stopped him.

Juliana.

Upon seeing Jackson and the bodyguards, he immediately lowered his head and left quickly.
Jackson wanted to stop him, but he heard Juliana’s scream and rushed into the ward.

Juliana calmed down her rapid heartbeat and hid her hand, which was scalded by hot water, in the
hospital blanket.
“Jack, I’m fine. Why are you here?”
It was so close that her secret almost got discovered.
Jackson carefully pulled Juliana’s hand out of the hospital blanket and pressed the call bell.
“Bring a box of the best scald ointment.”
Upon looking at Jackson’s nervous look, Juliana said softly, “Jack, the water isn’t very hot. Don’t worry.”
“Where is the caretaker? The wound on your wrist is so deep. How can you get water by yourself?”
“I want to eat Chimes Deli’s acai bowl. The caretaker went to buy it for me and will be back soon.”
As soon as Juliana finished speaking, the nurse came in with a scald ointment.
The nurse checked Juliana’s burn and said, “Ms. Yancey is not seriously injured. The wound can be
cured by applying ointment on it for two days-three times in the morning, afternoon, and at night.”
Jackson was relieved and applied the ointment to Juliana himself. He blew the back of her hand from
time to time.
The nurse looked at the intimate couple and complained in her heart, “Juliana is hypocritical. She said
she was forced to harm Cecilia by Mr. Yancey a few days ago. They didn’t have any improper
relationship. But what is she doing now?”

ward just now?”
