By evening, Ethlyn kicked the wall that she was trying to keep between her and Roselet and enjoyed her time with Roselet to the fullest, trying to do everything that she would have done with her pup after she woke up from a coma if he would have been alive.
She thought that Roselet was seeing her mommy in her because her mommy was never for her. That was why she did the same after learning this trick with her. At the same time, Cinder wanted to keep Roselet near her forever as her pup because she didn’t like the fact that Roselet was returning back to her pack tomorrow.
“Is it important to leave tomorrow?” Cinder asked her, taking control of her human body.
“You don’t want me to go, Cinder Mommy?” Roselet asked with a smile.
“No.”
“Then come with me to my daddy’s pack and marry my daddy.” Roselet offered, on which she chuckled, pinching her cheek.
“This was your plan from the beginning, wasn’t it?” She asked to which Roselet nodded her head. “Sweetheart, my mate is Nathan. I can’t marry your daddy.”
“But Reva told me that you both rejected each other already. So, in that way, you can marry my daddy.” Roselet said, recalling a way of changing the mate and another one was by marking.
“Rose…. Please end this topic,” Cinder told her strictly, on which she pouted, losing her little hope.
“Mommy, daddy is an amazing person. If you will spend some time with him, then….”
“Let’s return back to the pack. We have to attend a function at my home as well.” Cinder said, changing the topic. The last thing she wanted was to scold Roselet for her innocence.
“Umm.. okay!!”

“Someone enjoyed her whole day with her mommy.” Zordan teased Roselet when she walked into the guest house. “So, how was it? Did you enjoy spending time with her?”
“Yes, Zordy. I had a lot of fun with her.”
“More than Daddy?” Zordan asked playfully, but he really wanted to know the answer to this question because he didn’t want her to choose Ethlyn over Calvin.
“Nope. Daddy is the best.” Roselet replied with a smile first, but immediately she became sad. “I wish he was here. I miss him.”
“I’m sure he misses you too,” Zordan said, not revealing to her the fact that Calvin was going to attend the party. Zordan checked the time and shook his head.
‘It looks like he is running late as usual.’ He thought and knew that, as usual, his Alpha was going to make a late entry.
After an hour, Zordan arrived at Ethlyn’s house with his friends and Roselet and wasn’t surprised to see that there were a lot of people rather than just family members, relatives, and friends.
“Is Reva going to ask you to mark her in front of the whole pack?” Damian asked.
“I don’t think so. We spent time together by evening, and we never came to this point till then.” Zordan replied.
“Maybe she wanted to surprise you,” Asher suggested.
“Hey, everyone!!” Reva reached near them and hugged her mate, kissing his cheek. “You look handsome.”
“You look breathtaking as well.” Zordan complimented her.
“You look like a princess, Rose.”
“Thank you, Reva.” Roselet responded before continuing, “And you look hot and sexy.”
Reva giggled at her words, “Thank you for the compliment, dear.”
“Reva, you told me that it’s a small function, but my wolf can sense that all the important people of the pack are here,” Zordan said, looking around.
“Actually, we were the star of the show tonight, but now Ethlyn and Nathan are the stars of the show. They are going to accept each other as mates and are going to get engaged as well.” She replied, and after hearing this, Roselet’s face color paled.
She ran out of the house, and Lemieux followed her to check on her.
“What happened? Why did Rose become so sad after learning this?” Reva asked, looking at Zordan.
“I’m not sure. Maybe because we aren’t the star of the function, that’s why, or maybe because of some other reason.” Zordan chuckled.
“Oh!! Are you feeling sad too?” Reva asked him.
“No. I’m not a baby.” Zordan said normally. “But why didn’t you tell me about it before?”NôvelDrama.Org copyrighted © content.
“Actually, I myself didn’t know about it. When I reached here after spending the whole day with you, mom was crying, thinking about Ethlyn’s future.” Zordan furrowed his eyebrow, listening to this. Both his wolf and he knew that her mother, Abigail Smith, was the biggest villain in Ethlyn’s life.
“Mom wanted Ethlyn to settle with Nathan again, but Ethlyn was confused about it. That’s why Mom asked my help, and when Ethlyn returned, I told her that if she didn’t accept Nathan as her mate again tonight, I would reject you in front of the whole pack, and Ethlyn unwillingly agreed.”
Zordan’s jaw clenched hearing this, and he pushed Reva away from him.
“Zordan, I wasn’t going to reject you. Even if I would have you, I wouldn’t have done it in front of everyone to insult you. I just said so to blackmail Ethlyn.”
“I can’t believe you, Reva,” Zordan muttered, shaking his head. “You blackmailed your sister to make her do anything that she didn’t want to,” he stated in disbelief.
