We got to the palace very late at night and I was lead to the maids room by one of the guards and three maids were occupying three of the beds remaining one bed.

I think that’s my own bed, I greeted each of them and only two answered while the other just stare at the me with distaste.

Luckily for me, there was a small wardrobe at my corner so I folded my clothes neatly there and one of th maids came to me.

“Hi”She greeted smiling and I smile back at her.

“Hi”I replied and she gave me two maids clothe.

“These are your maid outfits, the queen said I should give you this, I’ll lead you to her tomorrow morning, she wants to see you”

“Okay thanks”

“By the way, I’m Anika”She introduced and I gaped at surprise.

“Is there any problem?”She asked surprised at my expression and I chuckle.

“That’s my sister name”

“Wow, that means we will get along well together”

After cleaning up my space, I retired to the bed to take my rest.

Eva called me later in the night and we talked for about thirty minutes before going to sleep.

I woke up earlier the next morning and took my bath hurriedly before Anika led me to the queen, I got there and was marveled at the beauty of the room,, it look so big and large more bigger than our whole house, they must be so rich.

Her personal maid were busy massaging her legs.

I waited for them and when they are done , they left the room and I move closer to her a little bit.

“Good morning my Queen”I bowed respectfully and she nodded.

“Good morning dear, how was your night?”

“It was fine my queen”I replied.

“So, you’re the maid John brought here last night?”

“Yes my queen”

“Now here are my rules if you want to remain the personal maid of my son, firstly, my son is a flirt, a big one at that, I don’t want you to move around aimlessly around him so you’re I won’t get caught in his trap, secondly, I want you to be a very responsible girl to him and every other member of the palace, I don’t want you to be loitering around the palace aimlessly trying to attract men okay”

“Yes my queen, I promise to be very responsible and hardworking”I assured her and she smiled.

“Okay my queen”I replied and how slightly before walking out of the room.

I got outside and met Anika waiting patiently for me outside, she led me to the kitchen and introduced me to other maids, she gave me the time table and I studied it carefully.

I realised he do take apples every Tuesday morning and today is Tuesday so I quickly get the apples from the store.

I watch it carefully before placing it on the small tray and grab another big tray and place it on it again before going to serve him.

I got to the room and knock on it slowly.

“Who’s there?”

“Your maid sir”I replied and I didn’t hear anything from him anymore, after few moments, he opened the door for me and I bow my head quickly avoiding his gaze, he move aside a little for me and I walk in levelly.

“Morning”He replied coldly and I drop the apples on the table before going but he stopped me.

“Come back here”He ordered and my heart skip a bit, my mind drifted to the quem words and I couldn’t help but get scared.

“You’re my new maid?”He asked and I nodded.

“You didn’t seem it fit to introduce yourself?”He asked staring at me and I cover my face with my long hair.

“I’m sorry my prince, I thought the man who brought me here last night wild have done that”

“Sir?”I stutter.

“I don’t like repeating myself “He said and I look up at him, I almost drool at the sight of his cute face.

I untangle myself slowly from him and he stir on the bed.

Last night activities drain all the energy in my body.

I felt like sleeping the whole day.

I use the duvet to cover rny body before walking to the bathroom, I held the knob and was about to turn it but he stopped me.

“Where are you going?”His voice stopped me and I scoff.

“To the bathroom of course”

“To do what?, we still have the whole day to ourselves”

“Have you forgotten already?”I asked turning to him and he shook his head in confusion.

“I told you I’m going back to India today, the queen has been disturbing me to come back to India, Alan is there already”

“So you have to go?”

“Yeah, I have to go”

“Fine”He mumbled in disappointment and I open the door to the bathroom to take my bath.
