Chapter 215 The Roses

For Ranita?

Shannon couldn't believe her ears!

"Are you sure about this?" Shannon's pitiful eyes asked.

The delivery guy was embarrassed. "The name, phone number, and address were all written clearly. How could I be wrong?"

This made Shannon even more pitiful.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she looked like she had been bullied!

The delivery guy was also quick-witted. He was a little speechless, "Miss, why are you looking at me like that? If you're Miss Bowman, I'll give you the flowers! If not... these weren't meant for you, so why are you jealous?" Text © owned by NôvelDrama.Org.

Even Ranita felt embarrassed for Shannon.

But inside she felt really happy.

She had to give the delivery guy who upheld universal justice a five-star rating!

"I'm Ranita Bowman!" Ranita said softly after verifying the information on the order form.

After checking everything over again, the delivery guy smiled and handed over the flowers to Ranita before happily running off.

Ranita was in a good mood as she carried the red roses into her house and placed them on a table.

"Ranita, who sent those beautiful red roses to you?"

"It's just... it looks too much like what I received yesterday so I misunderstood."

"I'm sorry!"

Shannon really had thick skin. She acted like nothing happened after such an awkward situation just now.

"Miss Murphy, you seem pretty idle these days." Ranita said indifferently while pulling out a card from within bouquet of flowers. After taking one look at it, she knew who sent them - Allen!

"Giving all my love to you!" Shannon leaned in with her face close by while reading out loud from Allen's cheesy message on his card. "Wow that is super cheesy! So who sent these roses anyway?"

"Brendon, aren't you curious too?" Shannon asked Brendon while dragging him into their conversation war zone.

Brendon's heart suddenly became cold as if he were caught up in an icy storm when he heard that someone gave red roses along with such sappy words. Could it have been her "brother"?

"Who sent them to you then, Ranita?" Brenden asked harshly with an unpleasant tone which sounded angry.

Looking at Brenden then back towards Shannon, Ranita replied coolly, "Probably someone who likes me."

"Miss Murphy, you have so many fans. Haven't you received flowers from male admirers before?"

Shannon teased, "But this is a red rose, and there are twelve of them... Ranita, do you know the meaning of twelve red roses? It symbolizes love."

This only fueled Brendon's anger.

He dragged Ranita into the room and slammed the door shut.

His strong arms trapped her in an embrace while his long legs pinned hers down. He towered over her as he spoke coldly, "Ranita, is it your dear brother again?"

He was always so domineering.

He could date Shannon and give her red roses but when it came to Ranita, he had double standards.

"Brendon, does it really matter who gave me the flowers?"

"Of course..." Before he could finish his sentence, there was a knock on the door followed by Shannon's soft voice saying, "Brendon, Ranita... do you want to come out for a bit?"

Shannon was getting impatient. Brendon had just dragged Ranita into the room in front of her. Who knew what they were doing inside!

Fortunately, luck was on her side, as someone suddenly arrived at the door.

"Someone sent flowers for Ranita!"

Three bouquets in total, neatly arranged and exactly like the red roses on the table.

Did they just stir up a rose storm?
