Liam pulled up in front of her home and he got out. He walked towards the door but before he could knock, it swung opened and Carla came out. She went straight into his arms, it was as if she needed a warm body. Liam's mouth curled up in a smile at her action, he hadn't expect it really and it made him glad to know she actually called him to come keep her company. She could have called someone else but she had thought about him. His smile widened as he patted her back in soothing motions. She finally drew back from the hug.

" Sorry I didn't invite you in immediately, I was just... " Her sentence was cut off as Liam laughed.

" You are happy to see me Bella, doesn't it explain why you flew straight into my arms? " He laughed some more.

She glared at him " Of course not! I was just... Just... Look, I'm going in, you can stay out and freeze in the cold for all I care! "

With that said, she went in and the sound of Liam's laughter followed her too. Suddenly, she turned to him and found him right behind her.

She moved some frantic steps backwards in surprise but he pulled her back to him, his warm hard body grounding against her soft one.

She glared at him " What's up with this? "

" I'm so happy you called me Bella, the fact that you thought of me makes me happy " He said softly and caressed her bottom lip with his thumb.

Carla was taken aback by the affectionate look in his eyes. For a second, she thought she saw love in his eyes but the look was gone quickly and was replaced with a mischievous one.

" You think about me every night, don't you? " He whispered into her ear and licked her earlobe.

Her eyes widened " Of course not! Why would... I... " Her voice trailed off and she moaned in response to the treat he was giving her.

" You like that? " He asked in a low, seductive tone.

She nodded " Yeah....I... Like... " She wasn't allowed to say more as he carried her in a bridal style and went to the couch.

He laid her down gently and leaned towards her with his eyes closed. Carla knew what he wanted to do and she was anticipating it already. She clenched her hands tightly in fists and waited impatiently to feel his lips on hers. She got tired of waiting when she opened her eyes and found out that he was teasing her. That jerk! She thought. Smiling in a sly way, she moved up and met his lips halfway. His eyes widened slightly in surprise as though he didn't expect her to do that. Shoving away the thought, he took over and made her respond to the kiss. He pressed her down with his weight and she winced in pain.

" Liam... Your... Weight... " She stopped talking and tried to push him off her.

She raised her eyebrows questioningly " What is it? Let me go " She tried to push him again but Liam was way too strong for her. Liam smirked and stared deeply into her eyes without a word.

She sighed tiredly and fell back on the couch " Ugh! Why won't you let me go? "

His eyes turned dark " I'll never let you go, Carla " He said in a low, dangerous tone and Carla had a feeling he meant every word.

Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion " What is that supposed to mean? "

The dark expression disappeared quickly and he smirked " I'm not done with you of course " He said in a more lighter tone and his eyes swept down slowly to her lips.

Involuntarily, Carla sucked in deep breath and touched her lips and felt blush slowly crept up her cheeks.

" Now let's continue from where we left off " He drawled and leaned towards her again.

His hot breath fanned her face and he was about to place his lips on hers when a shrilling sound was heard and she pushed him away quickly. It was her damn phone, he thought grimly.

He cursed softly and let go of her. She stood up and walked in the direction the sound came from. He watched her ass shook and instantly, he felt a strain against his trousers as his dick twitched. He slammed his fist into the soft leather and groaned audibly in frustration.

Carla walked away briskly, glad to get away from him. Oh, who are you kidding? You know you wanna be with him, a voice in her head sneered. She shook her head and shoved the voice away from her mind. She picked up her phone and saw it was Jenny.

" Hey what's up? " She asked anxiously

Jenny laughed from the other end " Calm your ass down girl, I won't die of heartbreak you know "

Carla rolled her eyes " Okay what is it? "

" I called you to tell you I won't be coming home tonight " Jenny said casually.

Carla's eyes widened " What? Why? Where will you pass the night? I thought you said you'd pass the night here "

" Calm down kitten, one question at a time " Jenny said in a quite light tone.

Carla sighed " Okay what is it? "

" I just want to stay here and think some things through " Jenny said quietly.

" And where are you? " Carla asked with a raised eyebrow. She looked back at Liam and found his eyes glued to her backside. What a pervert, she thought, gripping her phone tighter.

" My restaurant " Jenny said casually.

" You're going to spend the night in your restaurant?! " Carla asked, shocked.

" Yes "

" Why?! " Carla asked with wide eyes

" I just told you the reason " Jenny answered and Carla knew she rolled her eyes.

" I know, but it doesn't make any sense, you can come here and think all you want, I won't get in your way " Carla said, trying to convince her to spend the night with her.

" No Carla, I wanna stay here, I'll be safe, okay? You don't need to worry about me " Jenny said sadly.

Carla sighed and let go, knowing she wouldn't be able to convince Jenny once her mind was made up on something.

" Okay, be safe, okay? " She finally said.

" Sure " Jenny said in a more lighter tone.

" I love you " Carla said softly

" I love you too " Jenny replied and the line went dead.

Carla sighed again and placed the phone on the table and turned to go back to the living room but found that Liam was behind her again. The guy sure knew how to creep up on someone, she thought.

Giving him a tight smile, she said " What are you doing here? Have you been listening in on my conversation? "

He knew her smile was not genuine but was undeterred anyway " I came here when I heard you say you love someone, who do you love aside from me? " He asked softly and brushed his thumb against her lips.

She rolled her eyes and slapped his hands away " Don't make me laugh, I was talking to my friend, Jenny " She passed by him and went back to the small living room.

Of course he followed her " Are you telling me the truth? If by chance, I find out that... " He was cut off by Carla who snorted.

" Rest Liam, I was just talking to my best friend. Besides, how is it any concern of yours if I talked to my lover? " She ignored the glare he gave her and looked away, pretending like she didn't see his expression.

" I'm the only one who can be your lover, no one else Carla. Do not mess with me " He said with a growl.

Carla laughed " Why are you so worked up over nothing? I was only talking to a friend, I told you "

" Better " He intoned, his voice still had a bit of annoyance.

She rolled her eyes " That was why I called you. I just felt like talking to someone about what happened "

His eyes darkened to a deeper shade of their color " Roll your eyes at me again and I'll bend you over that couch and fuck you till your screams fill this place " His eyes glinted in the light and she knew he meant every word.

She clenched her thighs together, her pussy already reacting to his dirty words. He saw her action and smirked.

" My words already have such an effect from you, I wonder what will happen if I actually put the speculation into action " He drawled out, stroking his non-existent beard.

Her eyes became as huge as saucers and she made to get up but he moved so quickly that she thought his speed was inhuman. She looked startled and fell back to the couch in shock.

" Should we? " He smirked and licked his lips in a way Carla found attractive.

" Do... do what? " She stammered.

He trailed a finger down from her neck to her cleavage and her breathing came in rapid motions now. She closed her eyes, anticipating more. A few seconds later, she felt him move away and her eyes flew open to see he had taken the seat a few distance away from her.

" What's wrong? " The question popped out of her mouth before she could stop herself. She placed her hands on her mouth but he clearly heard what she said. She smacked her head mentally and gave him a sheepish smile.

He smirked " You don't want me to stop? Shall we continue? "

She shook her head quickly " No no... I didn't mean that... I... " She stopped herself just before she uttered more embarrassing words.

" You obviously like having my hands on you, baby. Admit it " He said, looking at her like he could see straight into her soul.

She said nothing and looked away with burning cheeks.

" You don't have any thing to worry about, Baby. Let's save everything for our wedding night, you're mine anyway " He said with a wink.

Liam cut her off " Why did you ask me to come over anyway? "

She regained her composure " Nothing much really, I just wanted to talk to someone about Jenny and see if it would be of help "

" Your friend? " He asked

She nodded " Yeah, she broke up with her boyfriend "

He looked confused " She broke up with her boyfriend? Why is she unhappy about what she initiated? "

Carla controlled the urge to roll her eyes " I made mistake actually, that Shit head broke up with her "

His eyebrows shot up " Shit head? "

She nodded " Her boyfriend, Davis "

" What happened? " He asked, sitting back on the couch. He noticed it was old and outdated. Just one look at her home, he could guess the condition in which she was living in. He couldn't blame her for signing the contract, she really needed the money.

" Are you listening to me at all? " Her voice snapped him out of his reverie.

" Uh? Oh... Sorry, I didn't catch that " He smiled sheepishly.

She eyed with an expression he couldn't quite comprehend " I just told you the cause of their breakup "

He smiled apologetically " Sorry, can you repeat what you said? "

She sighed and calmly explained everything about her friend's breakup. He copied her action and sighed too.
