The Almighty Dragon General

Soon enough, Thea started to feel a bit exhausted. She stopped punching and lifted her foot to kick at James. However, she was sent flying away by the reddish-gold light emanating from James' body, which glowed brighter just in time.

"James Caden, how dare you hit your wife! Just you wait!" Thea yelled furiously.

Meanwhile, James shrugged with an innocent look in his eyes. He then landed on the ground with a loud thud. Huge cracks appeared on the surface as violent tremors shook the space.

Despite all the commotion, Marius and the others, who had their backs to James, dared not turn around. Most of them subconsciously held their breath in fear. As they sensed James approaching slowly, everyone felt as though it was the end for them.

Being picked by the crazed James meant suffering another round of violent beating.

"I just got hit. My injuries aren't healed yet," Yiulia said nervously as James walked past her.

"Me... Me too!" Marius looked away. 'Tm still vomiting blood."

"Don't pick me," Harper shook her head vigorously. "I can sleep with you, but I can't take the beating."

When James stopped before Taiyi and Yasmina, the two Xyloria gods swiftly lifted their hands and pointed at each other.

"She can endure your beating longer!"

"She endures it better than I do!"

James was about to swing his fist at the pair when two heads popped up from the craters almost simultaneously. It was impossible to tell who was who since both men were covered in blood and dust. With their disheveled hair, they looked like zombies that had just crawled out of their graves.

"Woah! That was nice! Even the demonic energy that was stuck in my body for ages was completely expelled."

"I achieved new enlightenment again. There's still space for improvement for the Zenthur Rank. I...”

Before they could finish, James had teleported and reappeared next to the craters. Yianni and Morgott lifted their gazes and spotted James. They could see almost too vividly the bloodlust in James' red eyes. Both of them screamed fearfully. Before James could do anything to them, the two 'zombies' loosened their grip and fell back into the craters again.

"James!"

James was about to go down the craters after Morgott and Yianni, but Thea's voice halted him in his tracks. He furrowed his brows. "It's been almost two entrapochs."NôvelDrama.Org (C) content.

Thea believed, "We've risked our lives and James straightened his back and turned to face Thea, confusion in his eyes.

"If you don't want to die, you need to head to the Gate of Anonymous and challenge the Waitara Path's soul spirit as soon as possible."

Thea walked up to him. "The Waitara Path's soul spirit is your biggest opponent. You can beat him up however you like."

James' blood-red eyes burned with excitement upon hearing her words.

"You should head there right away, Master!" Manfus teleported and re-emerged-next to Thea. "The Waitara path's soul spirit is your greatest enemy. That vile old man is thousands of times stronger than us combined "He even wants to kill your wife," Harper joined in. "He plans to get rid of your kids and destroy everything you've built!"

James' eyes seemed to grow redder as he listened to those words.

"You're the true lord of the Haleth Realm," Yiulia stared at him intensely. "All of US support you. Open the Gate of Anonymous and fight!"

James threw back his head and let out a deep grow a tremendous amount of reddish-gold light shone from his body and sent those around him flying away. Then, James raised his hand and conjured of Anonymous. As the gate ftew open, he transformed into a beam of reddish-gold sword light and shot into the gate.

Thea and the others steadied themselves and quickly followed James into the Gate of Anonymous before it closed.
