Kai’s POV

“Mhmm princess”, I mumbled with my eyes closed as I drew the warm body beside me closer to myself.

The body hummed softly, curled itself in a foetal position against my chest and hugged me tighter groggily, making me chuckle.

“My adorable mate”, I fondly said before kissing the top of her head.

However, I stilled after that and so did the body beside me.

The scent and feel were just not the same !!

My princess had smooth cheeks. This body apparently didn’t and even the smell was like that of the butt knuckle brother of mine- ….

ZEKE !!

Suddenly my eyes flew open to reveal a goddamn jerk sleeping with me !

The asshole was biting the insides of his cheek so hard to prevent himself from laughing out loud and when I finally kicked him out of the bed, he burst out laughing while rolling on the floor like an ass crazed monkey.

“Oh damn ! That was so sweet of you, “My Prince”. Let me assure you that I had a good night’s sleep too, before you ask. As for mate, I don’t think the Moon Goddess believes in inc*st but if you want to cuddle with me, you can tell me directly”, the fucker teased and soon enough we were wrestling on the ground.Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.

God, I hated his cheeky guts.

“Hell is filled with dumb fucks like you”, I gritted out and the amused Beta with me ended up falling on my chest laughing so hard !!

Ouch, he is heavy. So fucking heavy !

“Get off me, you giant bum. You are suffocating me”, I growled out as I pushed away the annoying brat off me.

However, soon after we both were laughing our guts out at each other’s goofiness and teasing each other.

He was annoying at times but given his horrific past, the boy was still positive in his outlook and a happy go lucky kid.

Alright not a kid but he was still one at heart, even though he did not have a normal childhood.
