potatoes. You have no idea, but you'll gain plenty if you come to the market and pick out vegetables earlier in the
morning."
Eevonne smiled. "I know. I could tell, Mister and Missus Yates."
She helped them carry the potatoes and put them in front of her bicycle. She then used the bicycle to bring the bag of
potatoes back to their house. The potatoes were freshly harvested, so Eevonne got dirt all over her legs and body on
the way back. Also, because she was fetching potatoes, she could not ride quickly. Therefore, she was already running
out of time when they returned.
On top of that, because she got dirt all over her legs from the potatoes, Eevonne was caught up for a period to tidy
herself up in the house, when she headed out, she was already running out of time. She took a look at the time and
decided to hail a cab to head to the subway station that did not need transferring in order to ensure she was not late.
That way, she would be able to save some time. She did not care about how much the cab fare would be and just
hailed a cab to go straight to the subway station. In the end, of all days, the cab she was in broke down halfway. It was
