For now, though, he was the only one who saw through it.

Boris sighed and leaned back. "So, Mr. Ellison, have you told Caroline about this little theory of yours?"

"Tell me, David-should I start keeping my distance from Caroline too? What if I fall for her? Maybe you should keep an eye on me. You never know... I could be the one to steal her away."
