After hearing the report, I knew who Eric was trying to sabotage. He raised the prices of raw materials
and the finished product, attracting competition. At first they were just watching, but after Dylan made

‘Not for me. Just call me Eric,’ he said imperiously. “Call me Eric now.

He didn’t stop me this time. Not long after I got back to the office, I got an email – it was a message
that Jolene had sent to Carson. Since I got back, they rarely messaged. I figured it was probably
because they could call all the time now that I wasn’t there.
Looking at the message, Jolene sent him a photo she took with her phone. As I zoomed in, I saw that it
was a contract, but I couldn’t see the contents because it was too far away. However, I could see the
company seals on it. One was from Figuro Design and Co., while the other from Wyvern Inc. Wait,
Wyvern Inc. isn’t Richard’s company? Did Jolene manage to get him that fast?
She must have been elated as she texted him, ‘I landed a great client today honey! Remember my
reward tonight!
