Chapter Twenty Two

"Get well soon buddy!" He softly tells him holding his hand.

A cry breakout in the room, Mushk immediately gets up cradling a crying Murtuza.

Saying a last goodbye, they leave the room with Murtaza still crying his lungs out. What they didn't

notice was the slight twitch of eyebrows from Mustafa as if the loud wails pierced his heart, his Contentt bel0ngs to N0ve/lDrâ/ma.O(r)g!

heartbeat increasing slightly, yet he once again went into a deep sleep once the cries got silent.

Shushing a hiccuping Murtuza now, they leave the hospital, she wipes her tears and gets the milk

bottle out from her baby bag, which was kept in the backseat and starts feeding him.

Zohan sadly looks at his wife who was continuously wiping her tears, his heart was torn into pieces

seeing his wife crying like this.

He knew it was a bad idea to bring her hear on their reception day, but he also knew she would need

her brothers blessing, holding her hand tightly in his he continues driving and soon they were home.

Mushk was getting ready with Hana's help, Irtaza and Hana came to their house to help if needed,

while Zohan was waiting downstairs for his wife who was getting ready upstairs.

While Murtaza as usual was in Irtaza's arms, not leaving him and giving grumpy looks whoever tried to

take him from Irtaza.

Mushk opted for a subtle look, with a dull pink dress and a long pearl necklace, Hana gave a halo look

to her eyes as her dress was already very simple with some sequence and pattern here and there. A

silver veil was placed on her head, accompanied by a side head piece on her temple and hair line.

Pinning another veil on her shoulder, Hana give her some last touch ups and they get down, stopping

at the end of the stairs seeing Zohan and Irtaza busy with Murtuza, playing peek-a-boo with him.

A small smile broke out on Mushk’s lips seeing the scene in front of her.

“Zohan, can we leave now?? Its already late." Hana's voice stops them from whatever they were doing

and turns towards her.

Zohan smiles at them and moves towards his bride, who was looking regal as always, Irtaza

continuously looks at her but soon averts his eyes seeing Zohan approaching her.

"You're looking so beautiful." Zohan whispers to her, holding her hand in his.

Mushk awkwardly smiles back at him, feeling uncomfortable in front of Irtaza and Hana. Irtaza clears

his throat, making Zohan turn towards him.

"We should leave, its already very late." Saying this he saunters out of the room, Hana and Mujtaba

trailing behind him.

"Lets go." Saying this, Zohan takes her out of the house, leading her to the car.

The reception was held at her mother in law’s house, seeing the backyard was big enough to hold

more than 50 people, they decided to do their reception there.
