Chapter 3404
The common knowledge was that the elders' disciples were everywhere and they were outstanding experts in their various respective industries. Only a handful of people could say they had met the elders before. Now that these old timers had suddenly come to Wiltspoon, even Old Mrs. York had gotten excited about it and rushed over to the Stones' residence to invite them to visit, let alone the Buchams.
Audrey laughed. “That's true. I'll grab you a bowl of porridge first. Once you get here, it'll be just nice to eat and won't scald you."
"You're so considerate, Aunt Audrey. Thank you." Serenity said sweetly, which coaxed a wide smile from Audrey.
Elisa nudged Remy, who was sitting beside her, and whispered, "Ever since my mom reunited with Serenity and Liberty, she's only ever smiled that gently and radiantly for them."
"Don't I dote on you? You heartless little you're the one I dote on the most, and you're still jealous of Seren?" After hanging up, Audrey heard Elisa's comment and glared at her in amused mocking before getting up to get the bowl of oat porridge for Serenity.
"Are you guys not leaving yet? Don't make the elders wait for you." Audrey urged the couple out the door to head for Wildridge Manor.NôvelDrama.Org: text © owner.
"Your niece is coming over, so you're chasing your daughter out the door. And you still say you're not biased, dearest Mother?" Elisa huffed, but picked up her handbag and said to Remy, "Let's go, Remy. We'll come back when Mom remembers my existence."
"Go on. I'll at least get some peace and quiet if you're not at home."

"That's impossible. Elias will cry when he wakes up," Elisa retorted. She then turned to Remy and said, "Before Elias turned a month old, he'd only sleep once full and eat when he woke up. He looked like he was easy to take care of. Here was thinking that if babies were all so easy to take care of, we could have a couple more in the future. Our home would be lively then. Little did I know that he would cry more the bigger he got."
Of course, Elisa was still her nephew's most doting aunt. Apart from Elias, there were only adults at home and without his cries, it was too quiet. Remy knew this all too well. He had quite a few nieces and nephews too.
His oldest brother Ben had a girl and a boy. The girl was quiet but cheerful and did not cry much. Every day, she would be woken by her twin brother's cries but would only watch him go at it instead of joining in Remy's second oldest brother Ethan had two one-year-old sons who already knew how to walk and say simple sentences. They were mischievous little things who could cause trouble the moment eyes were off them. Every day, they caused chaos at home.

Baby Oliver was currently the youngest and the biggest crier. Tim often said his son was a crybaby, but strangely, little Oliver particularly liked Doc. He would be very obedient whenever Doc came by to look after him and go to sleep once he was fuff. If he did not go to sleep, he would just look around with wide eyes while Doc tried to tease him into speech.
The old man and his grandson would babble away and no one knew what they were saying. Doc often grumbled about Tim and Lilian not having the patience to look after their son and not being attentive enough to him, citing that was why Oliver cried and saying babies needed someone to play with.
"I've seen so many babies before, but our little Chloe's still the most well-behaved." As Chloe's uncle, Remy naturally loved his niece with every fiber of his being. Even the entire FC Manor's residents loved her the most, let alone Remy.
Ethan's wife, Cheryl, often joked with Jane that she wanted to swap one of her sons for Chloe, but Jane would retort that Cheryl could have a cute daughter too with their third child. Cheryl had been put through too much by her two sons and simply refused. She was determined not to have a third child, fearing they would also be hard to handle.
Ethan doted on his wife and felt that they already had two sons anyway, so it did not matter if his wife did not want a third child. He did not want too many children either-it would take away his wife's attention.
She was a workaholic and did not give him much attention in the first place. After having two naughty sons, this was even more the case now. He had dropped from first place in Cheryl's heart to third place, after his sons.
