“I understand that… But why you were talking shit about yourself and was trying to break us apart…”

Rosetta asked looking at him madly.

Skyler smiled and tried to get off the bed but Rosetta quickly wrapped her hands around his torso.

“Relax, I just need water”

Skyler assured her and internally laughed at her behavior.

She looked at him with puppy eyes and he kissed her nose tip.

“This is what I wanted”

He confessed.

“I wanted you to express your feelings openly, Rosa”

He caressed her hair.

“It’s kind of fucked up… I had mixed feelings… I accept that I married you for my own selfish reasons but when I married you i realised that i was wrong. I shouldn’t have done it… You are too good for me, Rosa. I wanted you to be happy… I wanted to leave you because I knew that I don’t deserve you but deep down I couldn’t leave you. Unknowingly I was getting attached to you…”

“Were you really going to leave me?”

She asked sadly.

“I thought about it but I couldn’t… Even if Rose has helped me alot but still there are two sides of me. I can feel it, Rosa.”

Skyler sighed.

“I can see me changing within seconds like i have two personalities… I kill people like a psycho and I enjoy it but if you see me in front of my mother then you will see totally different side of me. May be that little angry Skyler is still inside me, only difference is I have learnt to control him… I never wanted you to deal with it. I knew that I will get obsessed with you and i never intended to become like my father… That’s why I tried to do that…”

Rosetta stayed silent as he explained everything.

“My heart moved when I saw you fighting with sharpshooters alone. You were fighting for me, I was watching you silently. I thought I’ll keep eyes on you from the dark but you fell from the building and i had to come in front of you…”

He said.

“And you hurt my shoulder…”

She accused.

Skyler looked at her guiltily.

“I am still guilty for that… Actually I never thought that it will injure you like that. I just softly tucked on it but it turned out bad… I felt very bad… First time I felt guilty for hurting someone…”

“You should have try in movies…”

She mocked and he chuckled.

“I tried to woo you as a masked man… I thought you won’t fall for me. Masked man is your type of guy but you didn’t choose him. You knew Skyler is not a good guy for you still you chose Skyler and not masked man who was stronger than Skyler…”

He said.

“You are evil Skyler and i know it… But you made me fall for you. I fell for your imperfections instead of masked man’s perfections…”

She confessed.

“I can protect myself, what I need is love… You made me realise what I was missing… You introduced me to that beautiful feeling… I always wonder why my parents are so crazy about each other but now I know, I judged them wrong. They are not crazy, they are not obsessed, they are in love…”

“I am so lucky that you chose me”

Skyler smiled gratefully.

“What if i would have choose masked man over you…”

She asked.

“I haven’t really thought about that… I don’t know why but I was confident that you won’t choose him over me…”

Skyler replied.

“How did you managed to change your voice and maintain it for so long… Who was the man who met me in the washroom because you were in the party…”

She questioned.

Skyler grinned.

“He was Christian”

“What?”

Rosetta frowned.

“Yeah, Christian is actually my friend. You can say Best friend. We were in same school and he is black belt… When I decided to hide behind mask, I took Christian as a reference so you won’t recognise me…”

He replied.

“I knew you were doubting me so i asked him to help me. He met you in the washroom and made you believe that skyler and masked man are two different people… He was complaining that you slapped him.”

He chuckled.

“He was talking nonsense”

Rosetta mumbled.

“He was quite upset about it but when I learnt that your grandfather is trying to set you with someone else then i had to take Christian’s help. I asked him to distract you and your father… But he went overboard and drugged you so you can confess your true feelings about me… I was angry, I never wanted to drug you.”

He sighed.

“But it worked and you confessed your true feelings…”

“What about mom?… Did she knew about it from the beginning?”

Rosetta asked.

“Why don’t you ask her, she can answer better”

He replied with smirk.

“I was going to ask her anyway… She lied to me.”

Rosetta complained.

“She said you are dead. She hide everything from me… I thought mom doesn’t like lying but she lied very fluently… She is my mother, she should have been on my side but she favoured you.”

Skyler chuckled.

“She loves me more than you…”

“I am her biological daughter”

Rosetta mocked.

“Our relationship is stronger than blood relation…”

Skyler said proudly.

“And still you lied to her about our marriage”

Rosetta cocked her eyebrows.

Skyler shook his head with smirk.

“No i didnt”

He said and Rosetta looked at him in disbelief.

“I was thinking about hiding our marriage agreement from Rose but I was feeling guilty… She is too special for me to deceive her… Next day of our marriage I told her everything, about our contract and deal…”

“And?”

Rosetta asked.

“And she was angry… She was very disappointed…”

Skyler sighed.

“But I assured her that I’ll take care of you… I told her that I am interested in you and she decided to keep it as it is… She was actually enjoying yours and Damian’s lies. She knew everything from the Beginning…”

“You liar…”

Rosetta hit his chest.

“Everyone lied to me… I hate you”

Skyler chuckled and grabbed her wrists.

“I told you, I know your mother more than you…”

He winked.

“She was on my side from the beginning… I even confessed to her that I was doing it to make Vlad jealous…”

“And she didn’t do anything?”

Rosetta asked.

“She did”

Skyler exclaimed.

“Why do you think she slapped me that day… I told her everything when she caught us on the terrace. I explained her why I am behind mask… And she rewarded me with slaps and kicks…”

“Serves you right”

Rosetta saddened.

“But she recognised you even when you were in disguise and i couldn’t.”

Skyler pulled her closer.

“She knows me… She is my chief and she has that skill to recognise me, no matter what… It’s not your fault that you couldn’t recognise me. I manipulated you. Actually you guessed it right but i distracted you…”

Rosetta looked at him with pout.

“I hate you”

Skyler smiled and pecked her lips.

“You don’t…”

He said confidently.

“I had to fake my dead so you can realise that you love me too… You can’t leave me…”

“Move, I need to meet mom…”

She tried to push him aside.

But Skyler didn’t let her go and hovered over her.

“Later… I am not done with you yet…”

He Smirked. Rosetta blushed as his hardness poked on her naked thighs.

“Are you going to force me?”

She teased.

“No but I can hypnotize you”

He Smirked.

“What?”

Her eyes widened.

“Do you remember that party in Italy… Where I kissed you and you couldn’t understand why you kissed me back?”

He asked and she nodded. She still remember how he kissed her and she couldn’t stop him even when she didn’t wanted him to touch her.

“That night I hypnotized you but it broke when Vlad played loud music…”

He told her.

“So you can hypnotize people?!”

She gulped and he nodded.

“Your mother can do it too…”

He informed.

“You are dangerous people… Now it feels like she is not my mother, she is your mother…”

Rosetta complained.

Rosetta pushed his hand away from her neck when he started playing circles on her weak spot.

“Don’t you fucking dare try that on me…”

She scolded.

Skyler chuckled.

“I am just trying to make love to you…”

“Get off”

She started hitting his chest madly.

Skyler grabbed her hands and pinned them above her head. Rosetta’s voice got muffled when he slammed his lips on hers.
