Dallas nodded and said, “Okay, I get it now. If Samson wants to call the police, the production team will cooperate and provide the recorded videos to the police.

The others felt relieved, thanking Dallas inwardly for not asking further.

Evangeline stayed with the monkeys on the mountain for a day and checked on their wounds.

Before she left in the evening, she bid farewell to them and said, “Today’s my last day here. Ill leave tomorrow. If nothing goes wrong, we won’t see cach other again. You all have to rely on yourself from now on”

She would leave this place tomorrow even if the production team wouldn’t come.

With her ability, it wouldn’t be a problem to get out of here by herself.

The monkeys seemed to understand her words and circled her anxiously, chirping constantly, but Evangeline couldn’t understand them.

Evangeline then said softly, “I have no idea what you’re saying, but I can probably guess it.”

She added, “Separation is normal, so you don’t have to feel sad. Don’t ever think about coming with me. I can’t take you all. If I’m followed by a group of nationally endangered animals in the city, I will be arrested and sent to jail”

The monkeys were still chirping, but their calls were getting quieter.

She shook her head but took all the gifts and put them in her bag.

Evangeline put all the gifts into her backpack and carried it on her back.

She clicked her knuckles and said, “Since you all have given me gifts, let me give yo

The monkeys cocked their heads, seemingly curious about Evangeline’s parting gift.

Evangeline smiled.

Without speaking, she abruptly grabbed the monkey king’s neck.

She shouted, “Kingka, let’s start with you!”

With that, she slapped the monkey king in the face, echoing a slapping sound.

The monkey king was dumbfounded by the slap.

The other monkeys were also shocked from getting frightened

Evangeline didn’t waste any time as she quickly slapped the monkey king a few times, threw it into the sky, and then jumped up, kicking and sending it flying.

The monkey king flew more than 30 feet away before falling to the ground.

Evangeline smiled and looked at the other monkeys.

They became so frightened that they scattered in all directions with screams.

Evangeline suddenly landed on all fours and crawled eerily on the ground. With a twisted smile on her face, she quickly chased after the escaped monkeys.

She shouted, “Hey! Don’t try to escape! Each of you will get a share. Haha!”
