Chapter 28: Chaos

This was not her voice

Instead it was a cold voice which could chill your bones.

As the king looked at her unable to believe what she said

She stepped closer to him and touched his shivering hands

They were so cold that goosebumps appeared on his arms

No sparks were felt

Neither did her touch felt like it did before

She was not her

Ezra was dead

" ...wh..o...are. you ...then?"

One of the bystander asked gathering enough courage

She turned around and moved towards the person

On seeing her approach he started shivering with fear and cold.

With each step she took he moved back

When his back collided with a tree

His scared eyes looked into her cold ones

She held his neck with one hand

Not applying any pressure

But it was enough to make him hold his breath and close his eyes

" I am your salvation......I am the one who everyone runs from...the ugly truth of life......your death"

With this his entire body turned blue within a matter of seconds

No painfull screams...no struggle for survival

Plain simple peaceful death

With a touch of her hands.

People stepped back further afraid of this thing

Some even started running back

Within seconds a chaos was created

The media reporters were still there catching everything live

No one dared to step in her close vicinity except for one person

The king

He couldn't believe his loving mate just killed a person in cold blood.

She ... couldn't be her..

He thought

She looked around to see him walking towards her not afraid like others

He held her shoulders in his arms

" Ezra..this is not you..you can't do anything like this...I know you...please ..I know I was at fault...I was

the worst mate...I hurted you....I don't deserve you....I never understood you..I never knew your

reasons but please ...-"

"She is dead and will never come back

And for me you are no different than anyone here"

With this she moved towards him and placed a finger on his shoulder

As soon as she touched him

A blue light of electric current travelling inside his body

He fell on the ground near her feet and held his shoulder with his other hand

" Your Majesty!!"

Thr guards shouted and ran towards him

Without his command

Bullets were fired towards her

" Nooooo. STOP!!!!"

He shouted afraid that thay will hurt her but he was too late

The bullets pierced her skin

What everyone saw was not what they expected

In place of blood blue light flowed from the holes the bullets created.

Within seconds the bullets came out of her wounds and fell on the ground leaving the skin healed as if

it was never touched before.

The guards with guns stepped back afraid of this beast in front of them.

But the beast couldn't let them go unharmed

The blue light spread from her body and as it touched the people in it's perimeter electric shocks were

felt.

People all around her were lying at her feet at her mercy

Gone were the recordings and the recorders recording them.

When silence prevailed once again she made her way out of the ceremony grounds

The king looked at his mates retreating back but was too weak to stop her

His arm was loosing it's colour and his eyes were turning red with tears of pain.

The raging storm continued for next few days

The busy life came to a stand still

As everyone stayed at their homes

Every night on hearing the roaring thunder they feared the beasts arrival

All doors and windows were locked and no one stepped out of their houses

Tv channel were working telling them how bad tge situation was

The king was sitting in his chamber surrounded by his top position men

His harm was bandaged and his eyes were fixed on the lady in the tv

"A typhoon of a tremendous speed of 250 km / hour hit the eastern coast of blood red pack....the

building glasses shattered under it's velocity and hundreds of trees were uprooted...death toll has

reached 120 and the winds are still not calming down....now movimg to the western pack territories

100's of thunder strikings were seen on a single night..the strikes lightened the dark night...it did look

beautifull but it was severely deadly...taking the lives of hundreds of people.......the blue beast everyone

is saying is the reason for it..... she was last spotted 3 days back in kings grounds and since then there

has been no trace of her......I am Chloe Roadster reporting from outside the kings palace on packwolf

"Your majesty ...whole packs are getting wiped out....it feels like it is the end of the world"

One of the men said to the king

Xavier didn't replied

His eyes were still fixed on the tv not bothered to answer any questions

"Alpha...??"

Someone again asked but was again followed by silence.

Suddenly the king stood on his feet and ordered while moving out of the castle into the howling winds

outside

"Chris I hold you accountable till my absence.....get my car ready and don't stop looking for her...report

me if you get some news"

Chris blocked Xavier's way

"Xav you can't leave in this condition ..also it's very dangerous outside....please let me come with

you..."

"No Chris I have to do this alone.....this was my fault and only I can stop it.....after all she is still my

mate.."

"Just be carefull and let me know when you find her..."

The king nodded and grabbed his court and keys to go towards the eye of this raging storm
