Jordy watched her retreating figure, feeling upset and with a heavy heart, although he couldn’t explain why.

Gloria soon walked to Harvie’s side.

Upon seeing her approach, Violet handed her a beautifully wrapped bag with a kind smile, saying, “Miss White, this is what you need for tonight’s party.”

Gloria examined the bag and immediately understood that it contained a dress for her to wear when thought of the party tonight that Harvie had metioned.

She nodded, took the bag and headed to her room to change.

After she left, Harvie turned to Violet and instructed, “Inform Ernest and have him bring some people to follow us to the party tonight.”

“Yes, sir!”

Violet replied and immediately set out to find Ernest, who was actually Jordy.

As Gloria were attending the party, Jordy was now pretending to be Ernest, so he also needed to attend the party.

Just as Jordy was briefing his men, he received a call from one of them in the basement.

The phone rang loudly, and the man made several calls in succession.
