Purchased A Mr. Right

Chapter 1772

Chapter 1772

In the beginning, Desmond approached Tina to upset Wilson - he wanted to take Wilson's woman away from him.

But now, he had a completely different feeling for Tina.

Wilson was sharp enough to notice this, so he took every possible chance to warn Desmond to stay away from Tina.

Desmond surely understood what he meant. Yet, he snorted in disdain and provoked, "Tsk, you're not married yet!"

In his view, though Tina was in a relationship with him, they might break up someday.

Wilson said slowly, "How do you know we won't get married?"

"..." Desmond was taken aback.

He looked at Wilson in great surprise and couldn't utter another word.

The view from the terrace was very good.

It was wide and surrounded by floor- to- ceiling windows so that people could enjoy the river scenery in the distance.

The round table was covered with a red tablecloth, and above it was a white porcelain bottle with fragrant roses, creating a romantic mood.

The reserved position for Wilson was the best.

Through the bright glass, Tina couldn't hear what they were talking about downstairs, but she could see Desmond with braids walking away in dismay.

Then she heard sounds of steady footsteps.

Tina turned around and looked at Wilson, who was pulling out the chair opposite.

She asked with a smile, "You sent Desmond away?"

"Yep!" Wilson nodded.

When Tina thought of how Desmond had just walked away with his head down, she felt a little guilty and said, "Isn't it a little too much to do that? After all, he's your cousin, so you should let him come in and have a meal with us!"

Wilson looked up at her and asked, "Do you want a third wheel?"

"No!" Tina shook her head without hesitation.

Wilson's lips curled up.

Seeing that there seemed to be a trace of gloom in his eyes, Tina thought he was still unhappy with Desmond's provocation. She said with a smile, "It seems that what happened that year has left him a deep shadow!"

Hearing that, Wilson pursed his thin lips slightly.

He didn't intend to tell Tina what had happened. Instead, he thought for a moment and said, "He has never been serious since he was a child. If he continues to talk something crazy to you in the future, ignore him!" "Yes!" Tina nodded docilely.

Her face in the sunset glow looked radiant, as smooth and delicate as an oil painting.

His eyes were clear, from where he could see his own image.

Wilson thought she was so obedient.

He curled one finger to beckon her as if she was his puppy.

Tina felt she would appear worthless if she did what he wanted. However, seemingly bewitched, she got up and moved to the seat next to him.

They sat shoulder to shoulder on the same side. When picking up food, they would inadvertently touch each other's arms. Like a young couple in love, they couldn't bear to separate for a moment.

At noon, Tina asked Malee out for lunch.

After the morning meeting, she was assigned to an interview, which happened to be near Malee's working place.

They found a restaurant with a high evaluation online. After sitting down, they ordered the dishes they liked respectively. The staff in the restaurant worked efficiently enough and served the meal before long.

The chef, dressed in a white chef's uniform, stood on the chopping board beside the table and skillfully cut nice pieces from a roast duck.

Halfway through the meal, Malee said with a smile, "By the way, I found a little gadget in a market. I'm sure Isla likes it. I'll take it to the hospital tonight!"

Hearing that, Tina asked, "Are you going to the hospital to see Isla tonight?"

Malee nodded. "Yeah, I'll be there after work!"

Tina said, "If you are here, I plan to go back to the hospital later!"

Malee happily agreed and then asked with concern, "What's wrong? Do you have anything else to do?"

Tina was embarrassed and said, "Well, he may have to work overtime tonight, so I want to accompany him!"

Malee was speechless.

It was time for dinner. Customers came here one after another.

A couple was sitting at the table next to theirs, but it didn't look like they were dating. The man wearing a suit and leather shoes seemed to be the lawyer in charge of her case. From time to time, Tina could hear some legal terms.

Seeing the lawyer, Tina couldn't help but think of Hayden.

Somehow, she asked, "Hasn't Hayden finished dealing with his case yet? He hasn't gone abroad, has he?"

"No, he hasn't!" Malee nodded.

After a pause, she looked out of the window and said sarcastically, "He's a busy man. Not only has he dealt with law cases, but also he has to deal with some other woman!"

Tina opened her mouth but swallowed her words when she thought of the blonde beauty who had come back from abroad with Hayden.

Well, there was an ancient saying: speak of the devil, the devil will arrive.

After they finished their meal and came out of the restaurant, they met Hayden, who had just gotten out of a business car.

He was in a brown wind coat, holding a file bag in his hand. Inside he was wearing a neatly-pressed black suit. His leather shoes were bright. He appeared rigorous and graceful.

His amber eyes rolled, revealing complex emotions.

Hayden had obviously seen them as well. He had been walking towards the office building next to him, but immediately, he made a quick turn and walked to them.

Tina greeted him. "Hayden!"

He nodded at her, and then his gaze fell on Malee.

He frowned. "It's getting colder. Why do you wear so little clothes?"

Malee pursed her lips. "Not cold at all!"

Even though she said so, Hayden took off his windbreaker and draped it over her.

Although Malee was tall, she was slender. Under his large windbreaker, she looked petite and adorable.

Hayden wrapped the collar tightly - afraid that she would catch a cold. Content © copyrighted by NôvelDrama.Org.

When he retracted his hand, he leaned over, intending to kiss her.

Malee was greatly frantic and tried to avoid his kiss.

Thus, Hayden's lips finally landed on her cheeks.

Tina looked away from them, pretending that she didn't see anything.

Malee scolded him in embarrassment. "Are you crazy? We're on the streets!"

Hayden smiled and didn't take it seriously at all.

After this kiss, he looked at Tina seriously and greeted, "Miss Hall, did you two come here for dinner?"

Tina also answered seriously, "Well, I have an interview nearby, so I invited her to have lunch with me!"

Hayden smiled. "If I had known you were here, I would've come to this restaurant too!"

Tina recalled Malee's words during dinner and asked tentatively, "Are you alone?"

"Are you asking Miss Helen?" Hayden asked.

Dealing with smart people could save a lot of trouble.

Tina smiled. "Yes!"

Hayde shot a deep glance at Malee and said meaningfully, "I got someone to send her back to New City. Otherwise, I'm afraid someone will be jealous!"

Malee turned her head away, ignoring his intense gaze.

But her cheeks turned red.
