Purchased A Mr. Right

Chapter 1707

Chapter 1707

Desmond was familiar with the thermal lunch box in her arms. He had once seen it in Chin's Group and had a taste of plain porridge by chance.

Tina nodded. "Yes!"

She carried it in her arms all the way from home to the hospital. The plain porridge inside was still hot and tasty.

When Adam heard this, his eyes immediately lit up.

He reached out to take the lunch box and opened it. As expected, the smell of rice greeted him.

Plain porridge was the most common thing. It was boring and tasteless. Desmond, who was picky on beautiful women and delicious food, did not like it very much, but he missed the taste of the plain porridge Tina made very much in his heart.

He wanted to ask her to make it again, but he did not expect it to happen so easily.

Desmond said, "Lil Tina, if you're not hungry, we can have a meal together another day. Give me this plain porridge. I'm hungry!"

Tina shook her head. "No!"

She felt pain in her temples. She felt dizzy and her vision went black. She was unable to stand up.

Desmond shouted unhappily, "Why? Lil Tina, isn't this you made for eating?"

"I made it for someone else!" Tina explained and reached out to take back the thermal lunch box.

Desmond curled his lips and snorted. "Who? My second cousin,?"

Tina did not deny it.

As soon as he heard that it was for Wilson, Desmond got so excited that the curly hair on his forehead flew up and he wanted to rob it without hesitation.

He threw himself at Tina, but she dodged him.

Bang—

Suddenly, the thermal lunch box fell to the ground.

The lid was not tightly closed, and the plain porridge inside spilled out, which was a mess. Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.

Seeing this, Desmond was so distressed that he almost jumped up. He complained, "Oh! Lil Tina, what are you doing? Don't throw it away even if you don't want to give it to me. It's a waste of food!"

After he finished speaking, he looked at Tina, only to find that something was wrong with her.

Her face was exceptionally pale and bloodless.

Her hands were hanging there, soft and powerless. Her mouth opened, but she did not make any sound. She fell backward.

Desmond hurriedly held her. "Lil Tina, are you okay? You..."

Tina shut her eyes and fainted.

Desmond was terrified to death.

Fortunately, this was a hospital. He bent over and wanted to pick her up to find the doctor.

However, just as he was about to move, Tina was no longer in his arms.

A tall man in a hospital gown forcefully snatched Tina away from his hand.

When Desmond looked up, he saw that Tina had been held in Wilson's arms.

"Second Cousin?" The corner of Desmond's mouth twitched slightly.

Wilson didn't have time to reply. He was frowning and staring at Tina in his arms, questioning sharply, "What's wrong with her?"

Hearing his questioning, Desmond felt the pressure and subconsciously shook his head in a daze. "I don't know. We were just chatting properly when she suddenly passed out..."

Hearing this, Wilson raised his hand and touched her forehead. The temperature was surprisingly hot.

She had a fever!

Wilson slightly moved his arms and easily held Tina in his arms. His movements were very smooth, as if he had done many times.

Only then did Desmond react, and he immediately became unhappy. "Hey, you're going too far by taking her away blatantly! The hero saving a beauty should be me. Besides, the two of you have already broken up. She has nothing to do with you now!"

Wilson glanced at her coldly and said, "She is my daughter's mother. Do you still think she has nothing to do with me?"

Desmond was speechless.

When he wanted to chase after him, Wilson had already disappeared with Tina in his arms.

In the VIP ward.

After the doctor finished the examination for Tina, he looked at Wilson next to him whose eyebrows were wrinkled all the time and said with a smile, "Mr. Chin, don't worry. She just has a fever because of catching a cold. Maybe she also suffers inflammation. I'll give her an antipyretic injection and an intravenous drop!"

Only then did Wilson not frown.

He kept close to Tina like a sculpture, watching the nurse put the needle into the green veins on the back of her hand.

Tina was in a deep sleep on the hospital bed. The doctor also suggested that she should rest more.

When she woke up, the sky was still bright outside.

It was not the dazzling sunlight of the afternoon before she passed out, but the morning light.

Tina felt very comfortable all over. She didn't feel weak and sore as before. It seemed that all her pores were smiling with mouths open. There was sweat on her forehead, but she was very energetic.

As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw Wilson sitting in front of the hospital bed.

He wore a hospital gown, with a tall nose, relaxing eyebrows, and deep eyes behind the glasses.

Wilson asked, "Are you awake?"

Tina nodded.

Wilson said playfully with a smile, "Tina, you’ ve slept from three o'clock last afternoon to now. Are you going to become an immortal?"

The main reason was that he was worried.

He had called the doctor and nurse several times to check her. After making sure that she was just asleep, he breathed a sigh of relief.

Tina was embarrassed by his words. "Yesterday, I..."

She could no longer remember clearly what had happened. She seemed to be with Desmond. Before losing consciousness, she vaguely felt that she had fallen into a familiar and warm embrace.

Wilson said, "The doctor said you had a fever because of a cold, but the fever died at half past ten last night, and it didn't matter much!"

Tina looked around. "Where is this place?"

"My ward!" Wilson said lazily.

Tina looked at him again, who was sitting on the chair.

There was only one bed in the ward. If she had been lying on his bed, had he been sitting there and accompanying her for the whole night...

In fact, she had woke up in the middle of the night, and saw him sitting in front of the hospital bed like he did now. But at that time, she was so sleepy that she thought she was dreaming.

The ward door was pushed open after a knock.

"Miss Tina, you're awake!" Terry walked in with a takeaway box. He greeted her with a smile and then said, "President Chin, the breakfast you ordered is here!"

"I see!" Wilson nodded.

After Terry finished delivering the things, he turned around and left, closing the door for them considerately.

Wilson opened the plastic bag outside and said, "The doctor said that when you wake up, you should take the medicinal pills to avoid repeated illness, but you have to eat something first, otherwise your stomach can't stand the stimulation!"

Tina nodded.

Wilson said, "I asked Terry to buy shrimp dumplings and eight-treasure rice porridge, which are the children's flavor you like!"

Tina's eyelashes fluttered.

Seeing that he picked up the bowl and was about to feed her, Tina stopped him. "President Chin, I can do it by myself!"

"You are a patient now!" Wilson said.

Tina still wanted to refuse, but the spoon had already been sent to her mouth.

She had no choice but to take it.

Wilson smiled with satisfaction.

He continued to stir the eight- treasure rice porridge in the bowl and even blew on it before feeding it to her, as if he was afraid that she would be burnt.

The morning light fell on his angular facial features. There was a serious look on his face, as if he was discussing a contract of hundreds of millions in the conference room.

Tina's eyes were full of tears.
