Please Be Gentle With Me Mr Grant

Chapter 256 It Was Fun Teasing Blanca

Chapter 256 It Was Fun Teasing Blanca

Blanca went out of the villa and walked past Curtis. Curtis was greeting her but she was in a hurry to

catch a cab so she didn’t see him at all. She was worried that Matthew would regret letting her out...

But the next minute when Blanca turned around, she saw Peter waiting for her in the car on the side of

the road. Peter saw Blanca walk out and he immediately took off his sunglasses, “Hey, over here!”

“I told you I would go over by myself!”

Blanca ran toward Peter in a hurry, nervously worrying that Matthew would catch her. Of course, she

was worried about being seen by the paparazzi too.

“Tsk tsk, your sneaky look makes me feel like we were cheating instead of getting on our way to work.”

Seeing Blanca like this, Peter had a mocking smile on. In fact, he knew that Blanca was now Matthew’s

wife, so he actually was being extra careful when he was around Blanca. But he failed to take his eyes

off her now - she was freaking out.

Somehow Peter found it amusing to tease Blanca.

“Cheating? Come on, you are out of my league.” Blanca rolled her eyes at him, pulled out the door, and

called shotgun. But what she had said did amuse Peter. He faked a sad look, “Blanca, please - you are

breaking my heart.”

“Can we go now, Mr. Peter?” Blanca said.

Matthew might eventually “catch” them if they continued staying.

“Buckle up.”

Saying so, Peter drove off like an arrow from the string. At the same time, Matthew stepped out of the

villa...

Peter briefly introduced his studio to Blanca - It was not that big, but there were six people working

there. The working hours were relatively flexible. Everyone would be quite busy especially when the

studio had taken orders. They were professional painters, and they would also contract some art

exhibitions and other things.

And Blanca’s main job responsibility was to assist Peter.

Blanca was surprised, “But you are one of Mr. Butler’s students. With such an excellent background,

why would you bother to do other jobs...” Blanca was very confused. If Peter had told others that Mr.

Butler was his teacher, it’d for sure have made his career take off at a full speed. Besides, Peter loved

painting - why would he choose to do other things than that? He wouldn’t be able to make much out of

contracting art exhibitions, taking painting orders in bulk, and other stuff.

Blanca took a careful look at Peter again now. At first, she had mistaken him as a poor student. And the

man in front of Blanca now was dressed in famous brands and drove different styles of sports cars from

time to time. There was no way he would be a poor student.

Blanca really wanted to poke her eyes out.

“That’s freedom, you know? I don’t have to label myself - I can do whatever I want.” Peter said.

“Fine, fine.”

Blanca didn’t want to waste any more arguing with Peter on stuff like this. But honestly, what Peter had

said made sense. If his studio would also contract some art exhibitions and a bunch of other stuff alike,

then she could take the chance to admire and learn from the works of the great artists. Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.

“Right, we have a special guest coming over to the studio today. You better get prepared for it ahead of

time.”

“Whom have you invited over?” Blanca was curious. For some reason, she kind of looked forward to it

because it was hard for her to picture how Peter’s friends or customers would be like.

At the moment, Peter parked his car in front of a nicely decorated store, and he said, “I invited my

teacher.”

It took Blanca a while to realize that the guest Peter had invited over was Mr. Butler.
