When teacher Abby came to the class, she announced that they will be having a speech from the

took their mirrors out and began putting on makeup. They wanted to look presentable and beautiful.

They have heard of the seniors of this university to be handsome and coming from good families so

they wanted to use this time to leave a good impression.

Only Sandra and her group did not change or even care about this meeting if they had a chance they

would escape to their hostels. They laughed at their own thoughts. It’s has just been months since they

became friends and in touch with Sandra but now they are becoming like her, since when did they not

care about attending school activities especially when it involves the principal.

At noon, the entire hall was full. You could not even find where to put your leg. It’s not because the

students wanted to be here but because they had no choice it was the principal who was going to

speak if they get on his wrong side, they may not be able to finish their college degree let alone their

PHD. The principal was known as a man of few words but many actions. So they would never wish to

anger him.

On time the principal came on stage, he began giving his speech. He welcomed the exchange students

and told them to feel free now they’re C city university students whatever they do will always represent

them. He asked the old students to be warm and show them around. When he speaks you may think

he has the best temper. Half way through his speech he was interrupted by some noise he turned

around to see who he was who does not fear him.

When he looked in the direction, he saw Sandra standing up, he did not see her face so he asked,

“what do you think you’re doing, how can you interrupt my speech?”. Seeing that it’s the knew student

who has been trending on the school forum some girls could not stop them selves from cursing, “she

thinks that the guys won’t see her if she’s not standing what a pity they don’t go for poor people”. She

did not bather to answer them she just looked at the principal and said, “I’m going outside do you have

any problem with that?” she ended asking making everyone present loss for words. They did not

expect her to answer back like that to the principal. They turned to look at the principal to see if he was

angry. Sure enough his face was dark and he looked like he was about to faint any minute. They felt

sorry for Sandra and said rip to her studies forever.

However, When the principal saw her face, he was so shocked that he almost fainted, he wondered,

“how could this be?, How come she’s here?, and why did he not know?” he laughed at her answer and

thought, “even after years her arrogance is still the same”. But she deserves to be arrogant. He could

not bear to make her angry. This is the first time they met after years so the last thing he would wish is

to make her angry so he hurried and said, “no, no, you can go, you can even go with anyone you want I

don’t have any problem with that”. “huh?” everyone was shocked, “since when the most arrogant

principal lower down his dignity?”. They turned to look at Sandra only to find that she already

disappeared from there faces.

They did not understand why the principal who was know for his arrogance in City A could be so

respectful of a student who has no background only class F students thought differently. “indeed there

boss deserves the crown. She’s the only one who can stand on the top and fear no one.” Seeing the

commotion in the hall, the principal shouted at the, “can you shut up and let me finish my speech if you

feel like you don’t want to listen kindly go to the academic registrar and fill the process of leaving this

wanted to call but could not. The call went straight to voicemail, he tried to call again only to her, “the

person your calling can not receive calls right now so please try again later”. “Sure enough she

switched off her phone, she knew I will be calling” he thought. “But never mind I will get you. You’re are

with me in the same place”. He said to himself. He also wondered why was she here?, Is she also a

student?, He called his secretary and told him to get the information about the girl who left the hall

when he was still giving his speech, he specified to him, “only her class and course if she’s a student”.

The secretary did not know why the principal added the word student but she just took it for granted.

She thought that maybe the principal wants to expel Sandra for her arrogance and the way she talked

to him.

Soon the news that the principal asked for all the information about Sandra spread in the entire school

like some airborne diseases. C city university students were happy when they heard that and some

began saying, “I told you guys with principal’s arrogance how can he accepted being looked down by a

student moreover an exchange students from first year who’s family is still as poor as a mouse”. Others

also gave there comment, “I can not wait to see being expelled from C city university, ever since she
