Chapter 263 A Ruthless Man

Chapter 263 A Ruthless Man

Lance's full name was Lance Langford whose father was Blaine's assistant, and he had been Hank's

most loyal footman since he had been a child.

When Colin had first returned to the Farrells more than a decade ago, Lance had often bullied him.

Lance had been taller than his peers when he had been young. At the age of twelve, his height had

been comparable to that of a boy of sixteen.

However, probably because he had done too many wicked things, he had stopped growing tall at the

age of fifteen.

Not only his height but also his weight had not changed much.

At first glance, many people might mistakenly think he was a woman because of his delicate facial

features now.

After Colin finished speaking, he glanced around and found all the other people were strangers, so he

turned around and walked out of the warehouse.

Abbot disliked the smell inside, so he had not gone in but was waiting outside the door.

Seeing Colin coming out, he stepped forward and asked, "What happened?"

Colin looked at Abbot and sneered, "Lance is in there."

Abbot raised his eyebrows in surprise and asked, "Really?"

Colin nodded.

Abbot sneered, "It seems that we overestimated Hank. I didn't expect he would send Lance here.

We've brought him to the bay, right?"

Colin shook his head and sneered, "Hank is not so stupid. I think he was brewing some conspiracy."

Then, he turned to look at Andy in the warehouse, pointed to Lance who had a dislocated jaw, and

ordered, "Bring him out. Lock the others up."

"Yes, Mr. Farrell," Andy said. After he finished the call with Hank, he dragged Lance outward by the

collar.

Lance had been tied up, and his jaw was dislocated, so it was difficult for him to walk and speak, but he

was extremely tenacious. He tilted his head to look at Andy and said inarticulately, "Andy, can you do

me a favor and restore my jaw?"

Andy looked sideways at him with an expressionless face and said, "I can't help you until Mr. Farrell

gives me the order."

Lance said, "Come on! Look at me. I have no strength to fight at all, and I can't run away. My dislocated

jaw hurts, and it's not convenient..."

Before he could finish speaking, Andy stopped his steps and looked down at him with a thoughtful look.

Lance thought he was going to help him, so he approached him on tiptoe.

A look of disgust flashed in Andy's eyes, and then, he grabbed Lance's collar with one hand and hit him

hard on the hindneck with the other.

Lance instantly fainted, and his body slide down weakly.

After he fell to the ground, Andy pulled him out by the collar.

When Abbot saw this, the corners of his mouth twitched before he said, "Where did you find such a

ruthless man?"

Seeing what Andy had done, Colin raised his hand to rub his aching temples.

When Andy dragged Lance out of the warehouse, he nodded slightly at Colin to greet him. After he

arrived at the car, he opened the trunk and threw Lance in.

When Colin was suffering from a headache, Abbot exclaimed in shock, "Wow! He is a ruthless man!"

On the way back, Abbot couldn't help glancing at Andy from time to time.

Colin knew what he wanted to ask, so he said solemnly, "He used to be Ethan's subordinate. He did a

good job when helping with my business last time, so I asked Ethan to give him to me."

Abbot nodded, "This kid is terrific."

Colin said, "Since you and he hit it off straight away, I think he is more suitable to work for you."

Hearing this, Abbot turned to look at Colin and said, "Are you vilifying me by insinuation?"

Colin grinned, and when he was about to answer, Andy in the driver's seat suddenly said with a serious

face, "Mr. Farrell, I'm not suitable to work for Mr. Carter. Mr. Bond said I have the body of a man and

the mind of a child, so I am more suitable for smart people like you."

Hearing this, Abbot leaned forward, lightly slapped the back of Andy's head, and asked, "Are you

saying I am not a smart person?"

Andy replied expressionlessly, "It is Mr. Bond that said it."

Abbot got very angry with Andy, while Colin said with a faint smile, "You're a good kid, but you should

not have had a mouth"

Andy was speechless.

Colin slowly continued, "In the future, do more, and speak less."

Andy replied, "Yes."

Colin lowered his eyes, chuckled, and took out his phone from his pocket. NôvelDrama.Org: owner of this content.

When he saw the missed call from Faye on the screen, he narrowed his eyes, stuck his tongue against

one cheek, thought for a while, and then called back.

The call was quickly answered, and Faye asked in a familiar voice, "Where are you?"

Colin gently tapped his slender fingers on the armrest and said, "Sleeping."

She snapped, "Colin!"

He said with a smile, "I am sleeping."

Faye took a deep breath and said, "I don't like people lying to me."

Colin kept silent for a moment and then replied, "Honey, I was wrong. I am dealing with something

outside."
