Chapter 482 A Big Fire

Chapter 482 A Big Fire

As soon as William hung up, he gave the address found by James to his fellow man.

Immediately, several forces he headed towards a small and distant apartment.

In Vivian’s room, she found there was a small voice recorder beside the supper they just served.

Vivian narrowed her eyes, wondering what Daniel meant by this.

She opened it and soon heard Angie telling her vicious lies with her harsh voice. She frowned instantly.

Her face paled when she heard the cold voice of the man.

Is this William?

As his voice became clearer, the hopelessness was obvious on her face.

Did he not care about her at all?

Even though Angie had been treating her so viciously, or had he known this woman’s viciousness for a

long time?

He just tolerated it because he loved her. Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.

It was Daniel’s voice at the end.

“Vivian, can you guess who William will choose to save if you and Angie are both in danger?” His

casual voice gave her heart a punch.

She opened her eyes instantly.

In danger?

She stood up and opened the door with hurry.

The door of the room was not locked this time. But the main gate and the widows nearby were all

sealed.

But to her surprise, he smelt of fire.

Even though the windows were shut, she could clearly see the light outside. It became brighter and

brighter under the cover of the night. It seemed to be dancing in front of her, revealing the panic on her

face.

“Angie, open the door! Angie! “Vivian kept knocking the door while shouting loudly.

It took quite a while for Angie to open the door. She was surprised that the door was unlocked.

But she snorted when she saw the face she despised, “What are you doing here? Want to start a fight

again?”

Then, she looked at the scratches on Vivian’s face with disdain and mockery.

Vivian looked serious. She was not in the mood to quarrel with Angie. “There’s a fire! “ She said calmly.

“Fire? Are you mad? “Angie narrowed her eyes and turned around, trying to shut the door.

Vivian stopped her, “Look out of the window and you will see it! Daniel said that he will burn us alive.

The exits here are all sealed. I don’t see any way out! “

Angie’s face paled. She shoved away Vivian’s hands and screamed, “What are you talking about? I

won’t believe it. If you want to die, don’t drag me with you. Now get out! “

Then she closed the door.

But she grew less and less confident about what she had just said. She then ran towards the window

and looked down.

The blinding light of the fire made her face pale.

Vivian was right. Did Daniel want to burn them alive?

Vivian looked around and paced back and forth in the room.

She must do something. She cannot die here!

There were still people she cared about.

Then Vivian smashed the beer bottle. She picked one shard of the glass and tried to break the window

with it.

However, it barely worked.

When William and others arrived, the fire was out of their expectation.

“Damn it! “ William gritted. His face turned dark as the building was about to be devoured by the fire.

A hint of worry flashed through his eyes.

James stepped forward, “Now we must begin the rescue now. I will call the firefighters now! “

“There’s no time!” He looked around, picked several bottles of water and poured it on his head. Then

he started climbing the wall as fast as a flying arrow.

The fire was burning beside him, and to his other side the fire was spreading towards him. Although the

fire didn’t catch him, he could feel the burning heat.

The moment after James called the firefighters, he saw what William was doing. Then he followed him.

Joe grabbed William by the hand, “I’ll go there. You go down and ask them to prepare the air

mattresses!”

Then he went up before William could say anything.

James moved his lips, but he didn’t say anything.

He went back and did what he was told to do.

Vivian was still trying to break the window. The hope in her eyes gradually turned into desperation.

Angie suddenly opened the door and went in with a gloomy face.

“Vivian, are we going to die here?” Angie wept, she seemingly have forgotten their feud.

Vivian didn’t answer. She looked out and found the fire near them. It seemed the window would soon

burn to ashes.

Should she jump out of the window?

It might be her last chance of survival.

But what if she was chocked to death by the smoke before she could do that?

Vivian twitched her mouth and laughed herself at that.

Angie glared at her with reddened eyes. “It’s all because of you. Why did you try to step into me and

William? If it weren’t for you, William and I would just be fine. He would have put trust to that man and I

would not be kidnapped here. It’s all because of you!

Angie accused Vivian, while weeping, but even she herself knew it was not true.

But she needed it to mitigate her fear.

Vivian ignored her because she could feel the smoke rushing into her nose.

It was very uncomfortable...

Angie had been swearing for quite a while, but she found it barely worked. The light in her eyes

gradually dimmed.

Then she sat on the ground with her legs crossed like Vivian.

Suddenly, Vivian’s face changed. She saw a figure under the light of outside.

“Some... Someone is coming...” Her voice was shaking. She was terrified.

Angie found it hard to utter a word because of the smoke.

But she heard it and followed Vivian’s gaze.

Her eyes brightened instantly. Surprisingly, she shoved Vivian away from the window and began patting

it, “Help... Help me... “

Then, she saw that figure smashing the window with something.

Angie stepped backward instantly, and looked at the window with hope.

They wondered what sealed the window because it seemed unbreakable, although several trails of

smoke had found their way in.

What they didn’t see was that William was smashing the window outside, despite the burning fire

around him.

“William, you must stop. The fire is too fierce!” Joe wept the sweat on his forehead. He was not far

away from William.
