"Daniel, what do you mean by that?" Simone asked in confusion.

"Actually, it's good to say this now," Daniel smiled and said, "Simone, you know, I've liked you since college. Even though you rejected me back then, I still haven't stopped loving you after all these years.

"Even if you're already engaged, what does it matter? I bet it's because your family pressured you. It's not what you really want. If you break off your engagement, I'll go to your family and propose marriage right away. I won't turn you down.

"You'll have no future with a loser like him. You know my background. Choosing me would be the smart decision. I'm much better than him!"

Simone was shocked by Daniel's words.

He was acting crazy by saying all those things.

"Hey, what makes you think you're good enough for Simone? Know your place," Daniel said to Dustin mockingly. He looked down on Dustin.

"If you leave her, I'll give you a huge amount of money. It's more than you'll ever make in your entire life. With that, you can live the rest of your life in luxury. But if you don't, I'll make you regret it!" Daniel said threateningly.

"Dream on!" Dustin shouted. He swung his fist and charged at Daniel.

Before Daniel or even Simone could react, Dustin appeared right in front of Daniel.

He punched Daniel's good-looking face.

In an instant, Daniel's face was smashed, and spit flew everywhere. Dustin's punch sent him flying.

The plants in the cafe's private room shattered as Daniel crashed into them. He lay on the ground, covered in dirt. His face was bruised, and his body was aching.

"Dustin!" Simone was stunned. She could not believe Dustin had just rushed in and hit him.

It took Daniel a while to get back on his feet. His once-handsome face was swollen and bruised so badly it was hard to recognize him.

The sight made Simone gasp.

"You're asking for trouble!" Daniel said through gritted teeth. His anger was boiling

“Beat him! Beat him until he's dead!" Daniel yelled with all his might.

The five or six men rushed at Dustin and were ready to attack.

Where did these big guys come from?

Could they be with Dustin?

"You think I'm scared just because you have more people?" Daniel tried to act fough, but his voice was shaky. "I can think of a thousand ways to kill you!"
