Ava POV.

“Is he really her step brother? It took me years before I could earn her trust. What made her vow not to trust anybody? No wonder she has not told me about her family but her business and regular common conversation. ” I thought and looked at my favorite celebrity.

“Ava. ” He called, and pulled me to sit beside him.

“Why are you stuttering? ” He asked, staring at me and I looked away.

“How did you know me? ” I asked and he smiled.

“I met Nadaline at a party a year ago, she had you with her but you were in the car already. So I —”

“Was she happy to see you? ” I interrupt his words and he exhales sharply.

“She’s never happy to see me—”

“Why? ” I was fast with my question. I don’t want Gold to notice how long it has been gone…

“That’s what I want to explain. ” He replied and found him cooling himself. He took in several breaths..

“She’s never happy to see me because of what happened in the past, with my mom, her mom and I. I don’t know if you two talk to that extent.

“She doesn’t talk about herself.. ” I replied simply and he smiled.

“When I saw you with her at the party last year? I thought she’s a mother now but when I had everything investigated, I realized you were adopted. ” He uttered and paused.

“Yeah, ADOPTED. ” I uttered and rolled my eyes. Is he trying to remind me of being an orphan or what?

“I don’t think she’s thinks of me as her daughter—”

“She does. She was so furious when I saw you at the party. She threatened me not to get closer to you nor have anything to do with you… Else. ” He uttered and mimicked how Madam Nada does when she’s threatening her workers.

“Since you are her step brother and she doesn’t like to see you around. There must be a reason for her to disgust you to the core. Madam Nada isn’t the type that loves trouble but she hardly trust. So! There must be a reason, right.. ” I asked and nodded.

“Whatever the reason is —”

“I took her virginity forcefully. ” He uttered and gasped loudly. With my hands covering my lips.

“Ava! Ava!! Ava!!! ” She called out to me and I panicked.

“I have to go. ” I rush my words and run to the door. He also stood up to follow me…

“What’s she doing here? ” I asked Gold and she looked at me.

“I was fucking worried and I call her to inform her about your sudden disappearance. ” She uttered

“But I said I’m coming… ” I stuttered and she scoffed.

“I did what I had to, so don’t blame me. I was fucking terrified and you are here, trying to blame me. What are you doing with a celebrity? ”

“I GUESS,,,, THIS ISN’T GOING TO END WELL. ” I mumbled and looked back at the two… Only God knows what’s going to happen next.
