Married At First Sight Chapter 4229

Remy thought about it-if he ever became a father, he'd be overjoyed, so much so that he'd probably forget to post about it on social media.

He and his friends were always busy and never really had the habit of posting. Josh, however, had started after getting married, flaunting his love just to annoy the singles. Even Zachary, who usually kept to himself, occasionally shared sweet moments online.

Remy suddenly felt like he should keep up with the trend. Maybe he'd start posting once in a while to show off his own happiness.

Before heading to the hospital, he and Elisa stopped to buy some nutritional supplements.

Jasmine's hospital room was crowded. Most of the men were gathered in the small living room, while the women were inside, chatting with Jasmine or watching the baby.

The little one had just been fed and changed and was now sound asleep.

"Jasmine."

Elisa walked in, carrying the supplements.

Remy, knowing his place, stayed by the door. Since he wasn't a relative, it wouldn't be appropriate for him to enter. He simply congratulated Josh, took a quick glance at the baby, and then stepped back.

"Elisa, you're here."

Jasmine was sitting up in bed, finishing a bowl of porridge. She was starving.

After a natural delivery, she had needed some time to rest before eating something light.

Seeing Elisa, she put the bowl down, having just finished.

"I heard from Serenity that you gave birth, so I rushed over," Elisa said, handing the supplements to Mrs. Bucham. She smiled at Jasmine. "I got these for you. You'll need to take them once you're home-you have to recover properly."

Jasmine sighed. "I have so many supplements at home already. I don't think I'll ever finish them."

Elisa chuckled. "Then eat more! What's at home belongs to your family, but this is from me.noveldrama

You can't let my effort go to waste. Promise me you'll take them.”

Mrs. Bucham laughed. "Jasmine's already overwhelmed with supplements."

"Still, after giving birth, she needs to replenish her body."

Throughout her pregnancy, Jasmine had followed a strict diet planned by a nutritionist. Thanks to that, her baby had developed well. Even. though he was born a little early, he

The doctors had said that if he had gone full-term, he would've likely been around

seven and a half to eight pounds—a chubby little boy.

Maybe the baby didn't want to be too big, so he decided to come early. Six pounds was just right.

After chatting with Jasmine for a while, Elisa turned her attention to the baby. "He's so cute. He looks like you, Jasmine."

She bent down and gently touched the baby's cheek. He reminded her of her nephew when he was born.

"Well, his head is a little long," she noted.

Mrs. Sox chimed in, "Babies born naturally often have elongated heads at first, but it'll go back to normal soon."

Elisa recalled her nephew looking the same way when he was born and nodded. Babies changed so much, even within days.

When her nephew was first born, people said he was handsome, but honestly, she had to force herself to agree. But after three months, he truly became adorable-everyone doted on him.

Now, he was Grandpa Jimenez's little treasure.

Sometimes, when her sister-in-law, Alice, took the baby to the room to sleep, Grandpa Jimenez would knock every few minutes, asking if he was awake.

Eventually Alice gave up on moving the baby. Instead, she let him sleep in the crib in the living room while Grandpa Jimenez sat beside him, watching over him.
