The Turning Point
Aqua was unable to contain her excitement. “Unbelievable! Mr. Emmanuel,
did you see that? Mr. Rhett just set the standard! We’ve got to push forward
and secure that second base in the central region!”
Emmanuel caught the momentum and addressed the troops with renewed
energy. “Listen up, everyone! The Airspace Group isn’t as invincible as we
thought! Their military base can be breached! If we stay united and
committed, we’ll take down the central region just like the Southern Alliance
old!
Take down the central region!”
“Bring down the Airspace Group!”
Voices of the Doggo Team rose above the rest, their loyalty to Emmanuel
clear. Not wanting to be outshone, the Lynx Clan echoed the cheers; their
respect for their leader was evident.
Suddenly, the Ivory Tower’s gates groaned open, and a figure emerged.

The Turning Point
Trisha? What now? Emmanuel swiftly signaled for the troops to hold their
ground. Though the gates were wide open, he resisted the urge to charge
forward as something told him to wait.
“Trisha, what do you have for us this time?” He alighted from the horse and
approached her directly.
Trisha’s eyes swept over the eager troops before she turned to Emmanuel
with a knowing smile. “I’ve got two things you need to know, Emmanuel.”
He nodded, urging her to go on.
Trisha pulled out a phone, tapping the screen to play a video. The footage
showed elite soldiers in action; their precision and firepower were nothing
short of intense.
“The Holy Trinity’s next big move involves Dark Night Island. Warlord’s under
pressure to get right, so he’s rushing in backup, even sending bombers,”
Trisha explained, her tone serious. She added, “They’re heading to Dark Night
Island now. Theydoubtedly reach it in about 12 hours.”

The Turning Point
The news hit Emmanuel like a brick. His fists clenched, and his mind raced.
If the enemy’s arriving sooner, we’ve got to move quickly, he realized. By the
numbers, they’ll be here by 8 p.m. To avoid getting caught in their airstrike,
we must be at sea at least two hours before that. Which means we’ve only 10 NôvelDrama.Org: text © owner.
hours to open the dock.
“The second thing is that Dr. Blake has managed to revive the Holy Nun, but
she’s in bad shape–paralyzed from the waist down, with only one
functioning hand. I need you to get her out of there,” Trisha went on, unfazed
by the weight of her words.
“Don’t ignore her, Emmanuel.” The warning in her voice was unmistakable.
“Don’t forget her.”
“Got it! I’ll take Sarah back and figure out how to heal her.” Emmanuel’s
resolve
lened, his fists tightening even more.
“Do what you must–no mercy. Plus, take care of yourself.” With that, she
turned and headed back to the base.
The Turning Point
He pondered, Why would the Ivory Tower let her deliver this message?
Indeed, Her Majesty is aware? Still, whatever Trisha’s destiny might be, one
thing is clear–the Alliance won’t lay a hand on her, even if she’s with the
Airspace Group.
Wasting no time, Emmanuel leaped back onto his horse and barked orders,
“Aqua! Get the word out to the others! Enemy reinforcements will arrive in
twelve hours! We must take the five key bases in the next ten hours! By 6 p.m.
tonight, we’ll hit the buttons at all five key bases and open the docks!”
The thousand men behind him shot nervous looks at each other, realizing the
gravity of the situation. Their hearts pounded, and their palms were slick with
sweat from the mounting pressure.
“Yes, Mr. Emmanuel!” Aqua spurred his horse, joined by Ostrich, Ironskull, and
the rest, charging off to relay the urgent orders to the other units.
Emmanuel point oward the Ivory Tower without hesitation, shouting the
command to charge as he led the way himself, “Attack!”

The Turning Point
Bang! Bang! Bang! The moment they came within firing distance, tracer
rounds exploded in the air, streaking from the tower’s ramparts in rapid
bursts. The Alliance at the other bases was met with similar fierce resistance,
Meanwhile, Emmanuel’s leadership and proficiency during the attack in the
central region boosted his men, and his remarkable combat skills enabled
him to spearhead the assault.
Yet, things were looking grim at the northern base, Quell and Vachon were no
match for Rhett and Emmanuel’s strategic minds and combat expertise,
leaving their forces at a severe disadvantage.
