“Who the hell are you people and how did Angela’s pendant end up in your possession?” Luna looked at them with a pale face and alert eyes.

The carer hastened to explain, as Roland had said, “Mrs. Angela, don’t misunderstand, we are not bad people.”

Her comment didn’t make Luna let her guard down.

Thinking that it was at Mr. Lawson’s funeral that Angela had been taken straight away, she was a little more alert. As soon as the two opposite made the slightest suspicious move, she immediately called for someone to come over!
