Chapter 451

S3] 194. Gender Reveal

“These are for you guys.” Barbara and Philip put hats on the twins’ heads. Then, they put t-shirts on the shoulders of the two toddlers.

These too.”

While the twins were stunned, the newlyweds continued. They gave them sweaters, beanies, socks, books, stickers, posters, tote bags, and also small plush animals in the shape of orcas and bees. The twins’ heads were almost covered by the bulging pile of souvenirs.

“Thank you, Auntie. We didn’t expect the souvenirs we got to be this many.” Emily giggled at the end. “Yes, this is a lot, Auntie!” Louis exclaimed without looking at Barbara. The Orca’s tail was covering half his face.

“This is proof that we have not forgotten you,” Barbara said before standing up and approaching the others. “We also brought souvenirs for you, Adults.”

While the newlyweds were busy sharing what they had bought, Kara laughed amusedly.

“Thank you, Barbara, Philip. | think you were very enthusiastic w shopping at the souvenir shop.”

“Yeah, people might think we bought all this to resell.”

After everyone received their souvenirs, Barbara held up her index an middle fingers in front of the others. “We're not done yet. There are still two more that haven’t beent distributed.”

The twins widened their eyes.

“Are there any more souvenirs? But this is already a lot.” Louis spread his arms, revealing the various items they had just put on the sofa.

“Sorry, Louis. This isn’t for you guys.” Barbara pursed the corner of her lips.

The twins lowered their eyebrows. After a short thought, both of them gasped.

“Is it for the babies?”

“Russell and Oscar Oasis?”

Philip’s head snapped back. “Oscar Oasis? Whose child’s name isContent held by NôvelDrama.Org.

Oscar Oasis?”

While the twins laughed, Jeremy could only sigh in resignation.

“I'm just joking, Uncle Philip. Don’t take it seriously. Uncle Jeremy gets angry every time | say that name. So, | like to tease him.” “What's the harm? It’s a nice name.” Barbara blinked innocently.

“That’s the name of a desert lizard, Auntie. An animation,” Emily explained, making Philip and Barbara’s mouths round.

“So, what are the last two souvenirs you want to give? Are they plushies again?” Louis pointed to the sofa. “A stuffed lizard? I t Oscar would be happy to receive it.”

As Jeremy's eyes narrowed, Louis chuckled.

“Or super small clothes for newborns?” Emily continued while pinching her own cheek. “Little Baby will be very cute when he or she wears it.”

Barbara smiled faintly. A second later, she and Philip took out two transparent bags filled with soft cloth. “| hope the babies can sleep soundly with these mini duvets.”

The twins’ eyes lit up. “That thick blanket looks comfortable. Is that picture of the red house again?”

Barbara nodded. “Yes, with a beautiful sea backdrop behind it. We didn’t know whether they were male or female, so we just bought

neutral ones.”

Hearing the statement, the twins glanced at Kara in unison. “Mommy,

can we announce it?”

While Kara nodded, Barbara furrowed her brows. “Announcing what?”

Emily smiled faintly. “We will soon find out whether the babies are girls or boys.” Barbara’s mouth rounded. “Really? You want to have a gender reveal?”

“Yeah, we're going to party again!” Louis nodded vigorously. “Mommy and Aunt Ava have arranged everything neatly. Aunt Barbara and Uncle Philip only need to come with a blue and pink dress code.”

“Oh, that would be really fun.” While leaning closer to Philip, Barbara nodded faintly. “We will definitely come. We don’t want to miss one of the most historic moments for the Harper family.”

Philip nodded in agreement. “When do you want to hold it?” “Next weekend, Uncle. At Oscar Oasis’ house.” Louis held back a smile as he glanced at Jeremy.

Once again, Jeremy let out a tired sigh. He could not wait to hol gender reveal and announce the name of his baby. Only then could h make Louis stop saying the name of the desert lizard whose animated form he didn’t even know.

Finally, the gender reveal day arrived, Jeremy no longer heard the desert lizard’s name because Louis was too focused on the event.

“Doctor Wela, should we put these glasses in order?” Louis asked as the doctor brought 14 glasses of colorful fruit juice on a trolley.

“Not really. The important thing is that 7 glasses must be placed on this side, while the rest on this side.” Wela pointed at Frank and Jeremy's side. The two men didn’t sit in the main seats anymore. They had shifted to be next to their own wife and others.

“Okay.”

Louis and Emily distributed the juice according to their respective preferences. After everyone had their share, the two toddlers climbed onto chairs and held their own glasses.
