“Where are Bodach and Puca?”

“They went to sort a few things out, don’t worry about it ghra.” Merrow replied as he tucked in the corner of the bedspread.

Lu chuckled as he turned the covers back, Lola’s frowned hearing her phone chime. She moved down the hallway towards the front door and pulled it out of her bag. Checking her messages.

Frowning, Lola opened the latest text from Erik.

The front door rattled on its hinges and Lola took a deep breath as she moved closer.

“Yeah, Bodach likes to think that he’s in charge.” Lu said stuffing his hands into his pockets, “If we had a leader it would be Puca. After all this time, they’re still trying to get things settled into place.”

“Oh,” Lola said as the door rattled on its frame again. “Their not hurting each other, are they?”

Looking back towards the door, she bit her lip. The thought of the two men fighting each other for dominance had her wondering just what type of fight was happening in her hallway.
