Sofia's the one who spoke. " I don't feel like it's bad news. You ran away and it's over. She can be heartbroken or embarrassing in front of all the guest. But nothing can be done. She should have let go of you with an understanding,"

" She's not capable of that. She even deleted Madison's missed calls. If I have seen it earlier, I wouldn't need to run away at the last minute," Xander told Sofia.

" Wow, Is that what happened? That bitch....Madison was waiting for you yesterday night in the cold. She waited for you for more than an hour with an expectation that you will show up," Sofia spoke in anger.

" We can stop right here. I don't have to worry about anything from now on,"

I don't have many things to carry. Sofia and I packed my single luggage.

" Won't you feel alone after I left?"

" I will miss you but staying alone is not difficult. And I know you been through it when you are a teen girl," Sofia said. I stayed alone after the chaos happened in my family.

" But you are not going to be alone anymore and I have our tv,"

My phone rang as we talked. Oh, shit. How could I forget to call Henry?

" Hey, Henry. Yesterday I was busy..." I tried to come with an excuse before he started speaking.

" Yeah, you were busy with Xander. I know. But I expected a 'thank you' from you. I was the one who sent you the footage,"

" Yep, but even if you didn't send, Xander showed up at my door. So, I would have known it. Anyways, I'm grateful to you. I was able to see a runaway groom," I told him as Sofia laughed sitting next to me.

" You know what? I laughed at that time. I know I shouldn't. Who would laugh when a groom run away from a marriage. But I'm glad he made a good decision. I turned my laugh into a cough and I followed him,"

" First of all, he won't be a runaway groom. I saw him walk away like there's nothing to do with him and the wedding while the others looked at him like there's a movie playing on,"

" That's exactly what happened. But his parents are bugging me about his runaway. I went after him without replying to them. I can't tell them that he made the right choice,"

" They will kill you if you said that,"

" Even if they didn't, Veronica might do that. By the way, I called you for a movie out. I got four tickets. Will you two come today?"

" I will if you take care of the budget. I might eat a lot while the movie time," Sofia intruded, taking my phone from my hand.

" I bought the tickets. Xander will take care of the rest. So, are you two coming?"

" Tell the timings and where are we meeting?"

" In Xander's house. At 8:00 pm."

" Okay, we will be there, Henry," Sofia asked without even asking the movie name.

" Hey, ask him the movie name. Do you want to go without knowing the movie name?"

" Nah, as long as someone's gonna take me somewhere and pay for me, I won't care about the other things," She replied me and Henry voluntarily said the name.

"It's Love and monsters. Gotta go. Bye." He hung up. After an hour, Xander came with a Lamborghini in black. The one I think I will never see. Even if I admired it, it couldn't divert me from looking at Xander.

We reached his mansion. " Whenever I'm here, I only remember you with a gun in your hand," I said when we entered the hall.

" That was self-defence. But I have practised shooting with my gun with Henry after I got discharged. I can do it even though I don't remember getting a license for my gun,"

" Cool, would you mind teaching me how to shoot?"

" Sure. I will even get you a license after teaching you,"

" But when will we be able to use it?"

" Are you planning to kill someone, babe?" Xander chuckled.

" No. I don't want to go to jail. Only if a thief enters, I will use it,"

" I don't think there will be a chance for it. I will appoint some bodyguards in our house," She said as we walked upstairs.

" Now it's our house?"

" It belongs to you once you stepped here," He replied. It's hard to believe that whatever happening is true. Not a dream. If it is, I won't wake up. Suddenly, my eyes shifted to the walls. All the photo frames are removed.

" Did you removed all the photos, Xander?"

" I did that today morning when Veronica left with her things,"

" Did she? I thought she won't go," we reached his room by the time. I went to pick a book from his shelf.

" She came here voluntarily and madly behaved while packing her things. She also said that when I get my memories back, I will suffer. I didn't take that seriously and she left."

I looked at a book cover, feeling a little afraid of her words. It shouldn't happen. I trust Xander. He loves me now and he won't regret a single second of the decision he made. I'm ready to trust him with all my life.

" You won't suffer. That's her words." I confidently said, running my hand over some of the books with a beautiful cover.

" I know. I won't." He said, hugging me from behind.

" Right. So, when are you leaving for the movie?"

" We got more than six hours. Till then no one's going to show up in our house," He whispered in my ears.

" This is our house, right? I have to get practised with this feeling,"

" Me too. I still don't feel like I bought this place and build a mansion here." He talked as he ran his hand slowly over my arm's length.

" You will get practised," I turned to plant a kiss on his lips and I didn't even get time to cherish the moment but I got a call.

" Next time, I will turn put your phone on a vibration mood. I don't even get a lot of call from the company,"

" I only get calls from Sofia and Henry. It's less than any other person," I attended it expecting something important.

" I quit from the dinner, Maddie. I returned the silly uniform back and I told the owner, you were quitting too. Collect your monthly income later,"
