Bike

Standing I go and open the door.

Jasper follows me into the room, looking around confused.

“Baby girl, were you ignoring me?” He looks slightly amused, but confused. “What’s wrong, you don’t look like you slept at all.”

“I didn’t, I kept having a nightmare. I think I need to go back home and get settled again before the semester.” He stares at me.

“Baby girl.” He walks to me, his arms wrapping around my body. I instantly relax against him but feel like crying, and I won’t do that. “I’m not a fool, you’re not still studying, so why the hell are you trying to run?”

I don’t answer, I can’t because I can’t tell him the truth. “Is it this, if your have realised you can’t handle it, baby girl, then say. Don’t run, we will talk and it will end.”

“No, I don’t want this to end.” My words are quick and he grasps my face in his hands.

“Baby girl, speak to me, please. Something is going on and I don’t know what it is.”

“Everyone will hate me.” I try to let my head fall as tears slip free.

“Why? Baby girl, why will everyone hate you?” He looks at me worriedly.

“Because Ivy will get hurt and I will be to blame. Even I know Joel is

just fucking using her, and then when he hurts her it will be my fault!”

“It’s not your fucking fault. I spoke to your dad, and your mum mentioned that you said he checked your phone. Your dad spoke to Ivy suggesting that it might not be a good idea. She wouldn’t listen, and Joel swore to your dad he’s changed. So if anything goes wrong baby girl, it’s on Ivy, not you.”

“You can’t be sure of that.” There’s no way he can be. “I didn’t want him back in my life. I don’t go back, only forward and she brought him into it.”

“What else is there, there’s something else.” He looks at me waiting.

“What if he tells my dad things? He knows about me selling my body and stuff.” I’m scared as hell he might want me back. He might just be here to cause shit and one way is to tell my dad everything. Only he would tell his story, he wouldn’t tell the truth about how it was he who sold me.

“I will tell him.” I step back shocked. “Not that, listen. I will tell him we got talking and you slipped up about dancing burlesque. It’s not bad. I will tell him you’re worried Joel will tell him and makeup lies. If Joel then tells your dad other stories, he won’t listen baby girl.” He pulls me closer, but I don’t want my dad to know.

“I don’t want my dad to know.”

“Okay, so I don’t tell him. Your dad will likely come to me princess if Joel says that. If he does I will talk to him and tell him I will come speak to you to get the truth. Agree?” I nod and relax into him more.

“Do we have to leave?” I don’t want to. I want to stay here and hide

away.

“Yes, how about tonight, I come here. I can’t stay baby girl, but I will come see you.” He kisses me and I nod.

“Right, so the plan is we go to the club, you get your dad’s bike and we go out. Ready?” He looks at me and I nod, grabbing my jacket I put it on. We leave the hotel and I hold onto him, I can get past this. I don’t need to see much of Joel, he has no idea which hotel I am staying in either.

I made sure the staff knew not to let anyone know I was staying there. Little D and Jasper only knew because I had told them.

We soon stop outside the club and I see my dad standing waiting.

“You’re late, princess.” He laughs and I nod.

“Sorry Daddy, I wanted to run through things with him beforehand.” I smile and hug him, his arm wrapping around me.

“This way princess.” He walks around the back of the club, pulling the cover off a bike. I stare at it shocked. Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.

“You got another bike?” He usually messages me when he gets new bikes, this isn’t one he told me about.

“I got you a bike.” Turning I stare at him. “You Stayed away princess, birthdays were me sending you money because you refused to come home. So, see this as a present for those birthdays and Christmas‘ I never got to buy things for you.”

“But Mum.”

“Your mum knows princess. Here.” He throws the keys at me and I smile. “I wish I could come out with you for your first bike ride baby girl but I have plans with Ivy and Joel. So, stay safe and listen

to Jasper

“You knew?” I look at Jasper shocked and he nods.

“Come on baby girl. Because I can’t wait to see your sexy ass on this bike.” He leans forward slipping the earpiece into my ear. “Let’s escape this place, come on.” He climbs on his bike, watching as I get on mine. It feels weird having my own bike. Amazing, but weird, I honestly thought I would never get one.

We spend an hour riding around, and I give him directions, ensuring we do it exactly how I would with little D. The last thing I want is my dad killing him if I mess up and get myself hurt. We stop at the hotel, and he walks me to my room. Apparently, we need to talk before we go back to the club and I leave with little D.

I smile at that, as we step into the room, I turn and smile, my hands going to remove my clothes when he stops me and chuckles.

“Baby girl, keep your clothes on. I didn’t even tell you to strip did I?” He looks at me amused.

“I assumed that is why we came back here Daddy.” I bite against my lip and he laughs, pulling my body against his.

“Later baby girl. I just wanted to make sure you’re ready for little D.? There’s a chance he will ask questions over what was said. I don’t want you getting overwhelmed having to lie.”

I smile up at him. “I will try and keep the conversation on bikes, the routes and things Daddy. Plus, we won’t be stopping anywhere, we will be heading back to the club after.” His body is pinned against mine, and I can’t help but move my hands and stroke along him.

“Baby girl, hands off. Otherwise, your dad is going to be asking where

the hell I am, and why you didn’t show. I’m trying very hard to behave.” He leans down and kisses my neck. “Tonight, come to mine, I will make an excuse with your dad as to why I’m disappearing. I will send you the code for the garage, park your bike in there, and wait for me.”

His words are teasing and I watch as he steps back, trying to distance himself from wanting me.

“We need to leave, now.” He turns and walks out, laughing I follow. I will behave, purely so my dad doesn’t find out as it would be a shame for Jasper to die.
