Enough For Him

I walked into the office seeing a few people moping about. A few people tried to cover up the fact that they weren’t actually doing any productive work but right now I couldn’t care.

I sat in my office chair breathing deeply. A picture of me and Liz was staring at me. from a time when our problems were simpler.

A soft knock came at my door. Emily peeked her head in. she had her glasses on meaning that she was working late too. She often did this when we had deadlines coming up.

” you look terrible” she commented closing the door behind her. She walked in placing a pile of folders on my desk.

I stared at the pile with disgust knowing that was my next job.

“thanks” I muttered laying my head on the table. I wasn’t in the mood to joke around like we normally do.

” Emily, please stop,” I said rotating my shoulder to hopefully get her hands off me.

” Leon, just relax, ” she said next to my ear I could feel her lips on my skin and I was blaming the alcohol for my reaction towards it.

This is wrong but I haven’t felt intimacy in a while.

I guessed that a simple shoulder massage was harmless.

It was soothing that I felt myself drifting off into sleep. This wouldn’t be the first time I’ve fallen asleep at the office.

I jerked when I felt a heavy pressure on my thighs.

When I opened my eyes I was facing the other direction. Emily had her hands on my thighs her shirt slightly unbuttoned to the point where I could see most of her cleavage.

” Emily, I have Liz,” I said loud and clear grabbing her hands and removing them. There have been times where I have flirted with Emily, possibly been to handsy with her.

I’m not surprised she’s tried going this far.

She stood up in front of me. ” Do you? Why are you ignoring the fact that we have a connection? You’ve been with her basically all your life don’t you think its time for a change” Emily moved I between my legs bending down.

The next thing I know her lips were on mine.

They were soft and frantic. I hate to admit this but I gave in. I let my frustration out onto her. It was sick and twisted I know but I was imagining Liz.

Her hands slowly flew to my chest pulling at the buttons. Once I was fully aware of her intentions I grabbed her wrists pinning them behind her on the desk.

She smirked.

She ground her hips into mine as I leant over her.

” that’s enough Emily, you’ve gone too far,” I said looking at her letting her know what I said was serious.

She slowly looked down regret in her eyes.

” how can you love her this much Leon, she doesn’t treat you well” she whispered raising her head slightly.

I pushed up her chin ” you don’t know anything Emily, we will not speak of this again” I snapped at her moving to the side and walking towards the exit.

I called my driver to come to pick me up.

” please, Leon give me a chance. Highschool sweethearts are sweet but with me, we can build an empire, live the life you want” Emily said coming out she pulled at my arm.

I sighed, the life I want must involve one woman and that woman isn’t Emily.

I shook my head stepping away from her, only for Emily to grab my neck and slam her lips back on mine.

I moan from the intensity, my hands moving to her throat.

To anyone else, it might seem like I’m enjoying this but I wrapped my fingers around her throat pushing her back.

” don’t make me angry Emily, you’re lucky we have a contract otherwise id end this partnership right now,” I said my eyes furious at her actions.

” Our partnership won’t be the only thing that’s ending” she whispered as she stared past me.

I turned and found a guy holding a camera. I saw the flash.

Emily simply left and walked back into the office leaving me out here alone.

” where do you need to go, sir,” one of my drivers asked me finally getting here.

I loosened my tie slightly. ” take me to Trevor’s” I said before sliding into the backseat of the car.

Emily stared out the window watching me.

10 more minutes and I was at Trevor’s moping around like some teenage idiot as I listen to Trevor’s countless plans on how I save my relationship.

Moral of the story, I was fucked.

We had arrived home and were getting back into our routine but something felt off. Leon didn’t text or call for the last few days and that had me worried.

I told Jessica to watch Jayson for a few hours whilst I go to the house and talk with Leon. On my way over there I listened to music to help and calm my anxiety.

I knocked on the door gently waiting for Leon to open up. I was slightly confused since Trevor’s car was here. Trevor has been travelling in Asia for a few weeks and I had no idea he was back.
