Dying in silence

I began mopping the tiles and I stop at intervals to rest a bit.

After several minutes of cleaning, I was finally done.

I let out a yawn and stretched my body.

So here is the secret that she threatened me with.

I was in the restroom that day. I went to pee.

I tasted my pee that day not knowing there was a camera in the room..

I tasted it because our biography teacher use to tell us our pee has sugar in it.

The students didn’t believe, so, he told us we could give it a try and see for ourself.

I was one of those students who made a repugnant face but this particular time, I just felt this crazy urge to try it.

I sighed dejectedly and moved out of the room with the bucket.

I disposed the dirty water and returned the bucket in the Janitor’s room.

I went to the bathroom and cleaned my face up with some tissues which I dumped it in the waste bin after usage.

The bell has been rung already, so I guess no lunch for me today.

I returned to the class and met Mrs Pershing in, a girl was standing behind her.

I wonder what is happening.

I entered the class and straight to my seat.

I sat down and i could notice Fred gaze on me from my side view.

“Here, I thought you might be hungry, so, I grab this for you”Fred said and I turned to him.

He proffered a white nylon to me and I collected it.

What a life saver.

“Thanks”I smiled.

“I’m a life saver, right?”he whispered into my ears.

That… feels eerie.

But, I reply him anyway.

“Indeed, I’m grateful”

I kept the nylon on my thigh and focus on what Mrs Pershing was saying.

“You can introduce yourself”Mrs Pershing said to the girl behind her.

“I’m Savannah, Savvy for short”she stepped out with a smile.

“Woah; she’s really beautiful”I heard Fred muttered.

And he was right, the girl is damn hot.

The guys whistled while the girls glared at her.

I didn’t miss the dangerous look on Mia’s face.

Mrs Pershing addressed us for a while before leaving.

The girl make use of the vacant seat in front of my desk.

Soon, the teacher came in and afternoon lecture commence.

I ate the snacks Fred got for me secretly.

My vision was getting blurry. I suddenly felt restless.

All what the teacher is explaining sound distance.

“Hey, are you okay”Fred asked. His voice sounded distance also.

“I’m… fine”i managed to reply him. My voice echoed in my ears.

“You’re sure?, you’re…”Fred was still saying but he pause when my eyes went closed halfly.

I couldn’t maintain my posture anymore and I collapsed on the ground.

“Fontana!”

“Huh?, what’s wrong with her?”

“Is she sick?”

“C’mon, wake her up, she’s probably messing around”

I heard voices chattered indistinctly.

“Take her to the school clinic!”

“Somebody should lift her up”

“I’ll do that”I heard a familiar voice said.

He soon came into view and he went on a crouched and carried me in his strong arms.

Then, my eyes shut completely.

The teacher was really suffocating me with his explanation.

I thought of a way to get outta the class but couldn’t find one.

And just then, the psycho girl collapsed.

That was an opportunity for me to get the fuck outta the class.

I smacked my lips immediately and volunteered to carry her to the clinic.

As I grabbed her from the floor, her eyes closed completely.

I walked along the lobby and keep staring at her face.

Gosh!

She’s so pretty. I couldn’t get my eyes off her small red lips.

I love the way her slim body fitted in my arm so much.

I finally looked away from her. I can’t possibly be doing this.

She’s a psycho.

I got to the clinic and kicked the door opened.

“What happened to her?”the nurse asked immediately I stepped in.

“Nobody knows, she just collapsed in the class”I answered.

“Follow me”she said and started walking away.

I followed behind her hastily.

She stopped at a door and opened it for me.

I entered and she did the same also and quickly drew the curtains apart.

I went to place her on the bed and tucked the hair that fell on her left eye backwards.

I watched as the nurse placed her stethoscope on her chest to examine her.

“Her breathing is stable…”she muttered.

She removed the stethoscope and touched her neck.

“Her temperature is also fine”

She stared at her lips and glanced back at me.

“Her lips is not pale so I guess she’s fine”

As I make attempt to reply her, she continued.

“I think she’s just tired. Maybe she overworked herself or something”

Overworked her self?

“Uh… okay, thanks”I replied and she nodded.

“All she need right now is to rest. You’re still here, right?”she asked.

Hmm?…..

“Of course!”the words slipped out of my mouth.

“Okay, let me know when she wakes up”she said and I nodded with a ‘sure’.

I heard the door shut which means she has left.

Hmm…..

Looking over a girl is something I haven’t done in my entire life.

Geez…

I rubbed my temple then shoved my phone out of my trouser pocket.

I logged into my Instagram account and my phone keeps chiming, Indicating an incoming notification.

I drop two of my photos then logged out.

This girl should just wake up already.

I’m getting tired….

I looked over at her then drew my chair closer to the bed.

I gazed at her white face and I didn’t know when I smiled.

She’s beautiful.

I placed my hand on hers and it felt like our hands sparkled against each other.

My eyes widened and i quickly took my hand back.

“Hey, just wake up already”I said to her.

Gosh.

Maybe I should just step out for a while.

I stood up from the chair and walked towards the door.

I opened it and glanced back at her before moving out.

“Is she awake?”the nurse asked.

“No”I replied and walked out of the place.

I inserted my both hands in my trouser pocket and i sighed.

I could see the whole school building from where I stood.

The breeze blew my hair up and I sighed frustratingly then brought out my head band from my trouser.

I wore it on my head and brought out my phone.

I went to my phone camera and took a picture of myself.

Hm. I look really handsome.

I dropped the photo on my Twitter account and returned my phone back in my pocket.

Some girls walked towards my direction, as they saw me, they giggled.

“Hey…”one of them drawled out in a flirting manner.

“Hey”I winked at her.

She walked seductively towards me and smiled.

“I’m….”

“You don’t have to tell me your name. Looking at you right now tells it all, your name is beauty”I flattered and she blushed really hard.

Yeah, I know I have great effect on ladies.

I entered the bathroom with my phone and locked the door.

“Hello”I whispered.

“It seems our net don’t want to catch small fish this time around”he began.

But, I didn’t understand a bit of his words.

“I don’t….”

“Of course. Now, let me break this down for you, we are looking for means to kill the Darrel guy, right?”

“Yeah, and the mission is trust and kill”I replied.

“So, yesterday, I collected a secret from a whistle blower”he said and I could feel his smile from the other end..

“What secret?”I asked inpatiently.

I don’t want any one coming down here and realizing the door is locked.

“Fontana is attending the same school you are right now”he said.

Huh?

“Wait… which Fontana?”I stupidly asked.

“Which Fontana did you think I’m talking about!”he snapped.

“Oh…. are…. you sure about this?”I asked.

“Hundred percent sure”he replied.

I smirked and rubbed my lips with my thumb.

“That’s fucking good then. I guess you’re right, our net do caught two big fish”

“Alright, I don’t think you need any help to locate her. She’s just one girl that dominance, luxury and power surrounded. How many days do I give you for this new job?”

“If it was to be done in my own way, I would say three days is enough but yunno, I have to gain her trust first so it’s going to be really tough. You know those rich kids are spoilt and rude, I can’t give you any day yet, but I will make sure I update you on everything that’s going on”I expounded.

“And don’t forget Darrel also, I want you to strike at every angle”he said..

“Trust me”I replied boldly and hang up as soon as I heard a sound.

I walked back inside the clinic after flirting with several ladies.

I sat down on the chair and a tear dropped from her face.

She continued ranting and when it got unbearable, I interrupted her.

“Hey, stop”I said softly.
